They installed brand new custom cabinets, granite tops, all wood flooring in the whole house, painted all walls and ceilings , all new windows and doors, updated all the subzero appliances, which existing were more than 20 years old. Also many other updates and changes to existing floor layout. When we had signed the contract, and Brittany the designer was assigned to us, it allowed us to have a big picture of what every step would look like. Scheduled an in-home estimate. Luxury Remodels no called/no showed. Finally called the company to see what happened and was told the guy that was scheduled to meet with us had to leave the office unexpectedly over 24 hours earlier. Not a "luxury" experience. Very surprised nobody looked at the person's schedule to let customers know he would not be able to do the appointment. We scheduled a baby-sitter to watch our kids and took off work to give Luxury Remodels our full attention. They sent us multiple messages (text/email) reminding us that we had an appointment - then they never showed up. Thank you for wasting our time.

We recently moved to a brand new house and didn't like the options the builder was offering for the laundry room. We worked with Luxury Remodels to design and install the custom laundry room we really wanted. The design team (Becky & Roxie) and project manager (Sean) were highly skilled and very professional. Recently we decided to remodel (gut) our kitchen, hall bath and master bath. The hall bath included removing the shower/ tub and replacing it with a walk in shower. We wanted professional help with our design since we were out of our comfort zone for a project this size. We called several companies and were told either we were out of their service area or to come to their showroom to look at what they offered, this is not what we wanted. Jerzy and Becky came to our house to discuss the scope and agreed to do the remodel in our area. Becky did a fantastic job helping us with the design, picking out our cabinets, countertops and all the accessories. She picked up on our reluctance to go out of our comfort zone and gently worked us out of our shell making suggestions and ideas that she felt we would like. She was never pushy and never tried to upsell us. She allowed us to make our own decisions, we are grateful to her for her help. Vinny was on our project the first day and everyday after we started. He kept the project going on schedule and we felt very comfortable having him here even when we were not in the house. I hired this company after the new year to remodel my kitchen and they are still working on it but so far I’m truly impressed. Our space was unique because it’s at the back of the home and it’s long and curved in several places. Previously it looked empty but they have done an outstanding job of adding more cabinets, a beautiful center island with a built in wine rack and an additional sink along the back wall with even more counter space. These guys are the real deal and I’m definitely satisfied with what they’ve done. Make sure to talk to Jerzy as he’s the main owner.

We used Luxury Remodels last fall for a bathroom project. They made our bathroom bigger by removing a wall and then gave us same some nice options to choose from for tiles and a new vanity. Over our budget a bit but not really their fault. My husband preferred some higher priced options. I would certainly recommend them if you need a new bathroom.

I hired Lux Remodels to remodel my bathroom and I had a very pleasant experience. I found them online and was pretty impressed with their knowledge and execution. Jerzy was great to work with as was Mr. Kohner who managed the remodel. I talked to a lot of companies before deciding to go with Lux but I think I made a great decision. Luxury Remodels just completed two guest bath remodels for me and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I had them do another guest bath about two years ago and knew that I would hire them again when it came time to start the other bathrooms. Back in early September my wife and I decided it was time to redo our kitchen. We’ve been wanting to do it for several years and have kept putting it off. I did a google search for kitchen remodeling in Scottsdale as that is where we reside. Of course there were a lot of companies that showed up which can be a bit overwhelming. We called several companies and asked about promotions or free quotes to see if we could figure out range or pricing. One of our big concerns was being over charged. At the end of the day we ended up selecting Lux Remodels. One of the biggest reasons was Jerzy the owner and Carl who worked with us every step of the way on this project. As described on their website we scheduled an in house consultation as we did with 2 other remodeling companies. The first thing we noticed right away is that they have a wealth of experience which immediately made us feel comfortable. They were organized and answered every question we had from expanding a section of our kitchen to add a small eat area to the timeline as we really wanted this finished before thanks giving. Lastly the cost was slightly less expensive than the other 2 companies which was an added bonus. As with any remodeling effort, it was noisy and we all had to make adjustments but the bottom line is that Lux Remodels was professional, on time and did an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier. Make sure to talk to Jerzy. He’s the owner but he’s very hands on and seemed genuine in all of our interactions.

Their design team, Roxy and Agnes, did an excellent job with our tile selection and design and have an eye for detail pulling everything together to create the style we were looking for. We contacted Luxury Remodels after seeing one of their work vans near our condo which is in the Ladera Vista complex. We read their on line reviews and after hiring them we were pleasantly surprised at every aspect of our shower remodeling project. Every person from Luxury Remodels that that we had contact with was extremely professional and polite. Our calls were always immediately returned and our shower was completed on time and looks absolutely amazing. Very considerate staff, help you through the entire process. Ron and Jersy are great designers and managers that become friends. They were there every step to help us design and pick out all our kitchen and bath cabinets granite tile.... They even worked with us to help secure Granite on weekends. Once the staff got to the house and started you will see why they are so good. The staff cares about you your home and input. Dan and Sam the main construction foreman go the extra mile and produce the highest quality work. All staff is extremely trust worthy. and they keep to their schedules and show up on time and when planned. Great company. Thank you for our wonderful remodel Luxury.

The Luxury Remodel's team is very knowledgeable and professional. I had a relatively small job at my home, but they were just as dedicated from start to finish as if it had been a whole home remodel. When I am ready to tackle my master bath, they will be getting the job!

They worked with me through each step; design, lay-out, choosing of exactly the right tiles, fixtures and cabinetry. This was an experienced crew, no young kids learning on my nickle. They did excellent work with attention to details that only years of doing this kind of work can bring. We're extremely happy with the results and give them high recommendations to anyone with a construction project.

During the bidding process, I was a bit put off by their name.....Luxury.....it sounded expensive to me....but their bid turned out to be very competitive for the scope of work. I am very pleased with my project. The tile team, Johnny and Nelu, were especially impressive. The entire remodel team was friendly, customer oriented, and professional. Sam was also very accommodating. Jerzy made the bidding and materials selection process painless. The project was completed on the schedule they laid out at the beginning, and it was great to be able to follow the details of my job's schedule, financial, procurement, change orders, etc. on their website. They handled the inevitable snags in a job this size quickly and efficiently. I hope to do my other bathroom with them next spring.
