We contracted with Lynbrook of Annapolis for a total renovation of our 1970's waterfront home in Annapolis. They are superb craftsmen. Perfectionists down to the last detail. Transformation from cottage to contemporary with glass/stainless stairway, leather elevator, Macasar ebony walls with high gloss finish, high gloss white piano finish cabinets, stainless island, italian frameless glass doors, numerous special features & finishes all beautifully done. Lynbrook met every challenge and provided a full time, on-site Project Manager who managed every aspect very efficiently. We highly recommend Lynbrook of Annapolis and we are totally satisfied with the workmanship.

Lynbrook of Annapolis built our four bedroom, seven bathroom, modern home on the water. Their craftsmanship, quality orientation and attention to detail are unequaled. Strangers ride by our house to look at the house style, the stone work and the architectural details. Realistic expectations of deliveries were set by the builder from the beginning of the project in terms of estimated completion times and budget making the administration of the project flawless. Regular meetings and detailed billing with proper back up made it an easy project to manage lessening the headaches typically associated with building a new home. In addition to the construction quality the construction team was very sensitive to us as clients and worked closely with us and our architect to develop solutions that made sense but never compromised the beauty and quality of our home. Better yet, Lynbrook will stand by its clients throughout the life of the house ensuring that any issues that may develop over time are quickly and properly addressed.
