I had my basement (finally) finished into a family room, bathroom, and under the stairs storage. My basement had been unfinished since we moved in 2008. Mark worked with me on the floor plan and made some great recommendations to make the space look more upscale. He made recommendations throughout the process with the help of his subcontractors - such as an expanded shower without a bathtub, LED recessed lighting. I got to pick out my carpet, bathroom flooring, doors, door knobs, cabinet hardware, light fixtures, and paint! I loved that the job included the painting!! Throughout the process, Mark and Lisa communicated with me so I knew when subcontractors would be at my house working. Everyone who worked on my basement did an excellent job in workmanship. I was also impressed with the way they cleaned up after themselves each day. And, if they didn't do a good enough job, Mark or Lisa were there to finish the clean up. Their pricing was a bit lower than other contractors who specialized in basement finishing, but it included more. The others didn't include flooring and they would prime the walls but not paint them. I also wouldn't have been able to pick out doors or finishes. Finally, you couldn't ask for a contractor who is more dedicated to doing the best job for you. Thank you, Mark & Lisa, for a wonderful family retreat!

Kitchen Living and dining remodel. Additional electrical service, appealing wiring in remodeled area. New duct work installed and rerouted to bedroom and dining room area. Kohler sink and faucet, sabinet hardware floor repair and lighting. New shingles on Reef Kitchen Dining and living room painted.

Birthday parties, holidays, graduation parties and just everyday family time is so much better with a new space to entertain in. You were all so easy and great to work with and thought it was quite special that you gave your boys a part in the remodel. It was also a surprise to uncover a hidden vent under the floor and some extra space behind the oven that you were able to add more space to your closet. We hope that we will hear from you again when another project comes up. We recently had M&J construction re-side our house and are very happy with the work that was done. Several of our neighbors have commented on how nice the house looks. The guys were easy to work with and very professional. This is the second project they have done for us and I am sure it will not be the last.
