Over the last four years, we have worked with Maddock Construction on a number of significant home remodeling projects. These projects have included kitchen, deck, and bathrooms. With each of these projects, Larry Maddock has provided great ideas and high end craftsmanship. We have been delighted with his results. We will use him on all our future projects.

Maddock Construction helped us add a professional kitchen and great room onto our house. We were very particular with what we wanted and the fact that it had to have a cosy vintage feel that we could enjoy for years to come. Maddock construction delivered that with great attention to detail and excellent customer service. We felt like we were the only project they had going. We added custom beams reclaimed from old barns, distressed wood floors and top of the line appliances and Maddock Construction always had a solution that fit our budget. We would never think of going to someone else for any future work.

We put on a large addition to our home, including a new kitchen, laundry room, office, powder room and master bedroom suite. Larry worked with us every step of the way to assure our satisfaction and quality or the workmanship. He was very flexible, as we made many modifications to the project once construction was underway. Once the work was done, he followed through on all necessary issues. We were especially happy with the quality of his subcontractors. We would definitely recommend Larry Maddock to potential customers, and plan to utilize his again for future construction projects.

Larry was very professional and his company did a wonderful job. He provided us with different quotes based on differing variables of work to be done. The builders were courteous and did a very nice job. He kept to his price after the job was complete and we couldn't be happier. I will definitely use Maddock Construction again and have referred him to friends who are contemplating work.

Maddock Construction built our dream home 10 years ago and when our family needed a bit more room we did not hesitate to go to Larry Maddock again for his expert services. We have very particular needs and an eye for detail. Our needs have grown out of our love the Craftsman Period and in particular its realization in the Prairie Style Architecture. Larry and his father before him have prided themselves in bringing the greater Chicago area this genre of homes that was arguably born within its borders. Whether it be detailed trim, woodwork and built-ins or all the components that come together in custom homes to maximize character without blowing a budget you will find no finer custom home builder in greater Chicago and Southern Wisconsin to exceed your dreams. When it comes to an eye for detail, Larry is as impassioned as you will find a builder with the art of home building. This is not a person who lets the details fall to a job supervisor. All of his sub-contractors know him to be extremely attentive to detail and are keenly aware that he will hold them accountable for all of their work as representatives of the quality of his brand. We are always amazed about the frustration and spite that many behold to their builder after a custom home project as our experience could not have been more different. To the contrary, we built a relationship with someone who helped us realize our dreams. If you are a person who dreams about how the ideas of Houzz could come to life in your home, you would be remiss not to talk to Larry Maddock.
