We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen thanks to Made New! From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. The craftsmanship is impeccable, and the team was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. The longer review: I don’t feel like I can adequately put our experience into words as we have been so pleased with our remodel with Matt and Made New. The highlights for us: -top notch communication; Matt was always available, even when he wasn’t on site -unmatched professionalism and pride in their work; a level of integrity that is rarely seen -responsibility for the quality of work of subcontractors -honesty when things didn’t go as planned *as well as* a plan for course correction, because every project has a curve ball -timeliness -fair and transparent budget -unparalleled cleanliness as a standard expectation. Cole and Matt came back to our home the night before Thanksgiving to ensure that our living space was minimally disrupted by the construction debris and went to the trouble of pulling up the floor protection for Christmas and reapplying it after the holiday. We have an extremely large family and we homeschool/work from home. Matt and his team rolled with the activity level of our home and never made us feel like we were in their way. Matt made a point to get to know the kids as individuals and word on the street is he event spent a few minutes shooting baskets with the boys one afternoon as the project wrapped up. We felt like we made new friends in the course of our kitchen remodel; we didn’t ever feel like we were just the source of a paycheck. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with the Made New team!
