Not only did they do an amazing job on our home remodel but they kept us in the loop and helped us make the best decisions when we hit those inevitable bumps. AND regardless of those bumps they even finished on time!

We chose the Magnolia Home Remodeling Group to replace our wooden deck. This was done after searching several websites, chatting with family, friends and neighbors as well as seeing the work done. Every member of the Magnolia group was fantastic to work with and ensured that a quality job was done. The costs were reasonable and there was minimal interruptions to our daily routine. We have also contracted with them to do a major overhaul of our basement starting in early October 2024.

We had a great experience with magnolia! We previously used a big shop like magnolia for another project and we're not happy with the results, so we were hesitant to try again with another. But magnolia was heads above the others. We had a full basement finish (with egress window added), addition of a basement bathroom, and laundry hookups moved from the basement to an upstairs closet. The project involved taking closet space from our kids bedrooms to fit the laundry in our hall closet. The teams were respectful of our spaces and cleaned up as best as they could at the end of each day, which was a big concern with little kids around. The carpentry, plumbing, and electrical teams were all fantastic and easy to communicate with. Our project manager, Bill, was super easy to work with and very communicative throughout the project. One of the owners, Vic, was also great and checked in on the project frequently. We will definitely use them again for future projects!

Outstanding work and customer service. Our deck is beautiful, and we look forward to years of enjoyment with it. Have received tons of compliments from neighbors, friends and family. Our expectations have been more then met; they have been blown away. Chris and his entire team are true professionals and care deeply for their clients. We will definitely be using them again for our bathroom and downstairs remodel.

We were very pleased with the quality and professionalism of the work performed, which included partial replacement of wood siding with genuine stone (granite), removal of all shutters, building a new front walk, and ancillary repairs to the exterior area around the chimney.

Our roofing job was neat timely manager was available through out the day and came by after completion to inspect the work done and the clean up!!! They have done work for us in the past!!

Magnolia performed a full kitchen renovation for us which also included some structural work. We are very happy with the end result. Excellent communication throughout the entire process starting with the initial quote all the way through final inspections. This is a one stop operation- they help with the design, take care of getting all materials, and coordinate all the various workers and inspections. If you don't have time or desire to manage a big project this is the way to go! Their work is top notch.

We had siding, windows, and a mini split AC unit installed. Magnolia staff were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Magnolia for anyone looking to have work done on their home.

We just finished our kitchen renovation with magnolia. It was a long 2 months but in the end it was well worth it. Magnolia did a really good job for us from beginning to the end. They were very meticulous with every details of the kitchen. Their employees were very professional, I would like to commend Casey our project manager who made sure that the project schedule flow smoothly and timely. Anthony the cabinets designer was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Frank and his crew did a very good job from demolition to the end. Ray and Jim did a really nice job installing our cabinets. Thanks also to Alexis and Nichole our project coordinators for helping us with vendors and suggestions, also Karen called us every week to make sure we were happy with everything. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen remodel. Magnolia took care of every detail along the way. Although the project was expected to last for 3-4 months, all work was completed in just 2.5 months! Chris worked with us to get everything started and checked in frequently throughout the project. Jesse was the first team member we met. He came to the house to discuss the work we wanted done. We received the quote within a day. An entire team came to the house to discuss our vision of what we wanted, take measurements and choose material. Once the permits were approved the worked started pretty quickly. We had the front walkway, retaining wall, porch and doors replaced. It took the team about a week to finish. We are very happy with the finished product. I love entering my home every day. I love looking at the house and am looking forward to sitting on the porch when it gets a bit warmer. Magnolia Home Remodeling did a fantastic job with the entire project. The project had minor surprises (expected with an old house), but they were all manageable. I recently had the pleasure of working with Magnolia on a comprehensive kitchen remodel, and the experience was extremely positive overall and we were incredibly happy with the final product. To be honest, I was completely terrified at the thought of remodeling our kitchen but the whole team really made it the best experience it could be. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality results truly set them apart. While there were a few bumps in the road along the way, nothing was insurmountable and the team was always clear in the options and additional costs that would be incurred where applicable. Most of the issues that came up could only be identified upon demolition, but Magnolia did make it a point to notify us up front that these types of things might come up once the team was able to fully assess the layout after demolition. One of the standout qualities of Magnolia was their meticulous planning and design phase. The team took the time to understand my vision for the kitchen and offered valuable insights to enhance the overall functionality and aesthetics. Their expertise and creativity were evident as they presented a well-thought-out plan that perfectly captured my preferences. Once the project was underway, the efficiency and craftsmanship displayed by Magnolia were truly impressive. Magnolia has transformed our home over two major projects. Two years ago they completed replacing our roof, new siding, front door, new windows, stone walkway, and new driveway; a project that transformed our exterior. This past year in 2023 Magnolia completed a major kitchen remodel transforming our old secluded kitchen into an open and spacious center of our home. The remodel included a complete gut of the old kitchen, removal of walls, new duct work, windows, lighting, and flooring. From the very beginning we worked closely with Chris Fontana (owner) and Bill our Project Manager. Chris and Bill care about your property, the job, doing a great job, while also being realistic and considerate that we were living in the house while the renovation was taking place. Bill was on site, always available, and is nice person. These are great traits when you working and living in your house every day. They were clear in direction and guided the operations smoothly from design, plans, permits, demolition, reconstruction, installation, to the final walk through. The renovation included removal of a massive wall and installation of a new wood and steel header across the length of the house. The crews were all friendly and did a great job. They were also very respectful of our family and cleaned up each day. I appreciate their work and amazing personalities. To add to it, near the end of the project a tree fell on our house causing damage to the roof, siding, and interior (luckily not the kitchen). Chris had the crew at our house the next day immediately following the tree removal securing the roof and property. Once I gave him the green light the roof and exterior were fixed the very next day like it never happened. It was a major relief knowing Magnolia was on it immediately and took care of the house and our family. When we were deciding to renovate the kitchen we didn’t hesitate to hire Magnolia because we already knew the excellent work and customer service they provided. The final kitchen and space speaks for itself. It’s a completely new house! We truly appreciate working with Chris, Bill, and all of the Magnolia team. We wouldn’t trust anyone else for renovation projects. We know who we are calling when the it’s time for our next project.

Every phase of my kitchen remodel was seamless and artfully executed. Everyone on the team paid attention to detail and the finished product is awesome ! I have worked with Magnolia a number of times over the past 8 years. We hired them in 2016 to remodel our kitchen, and again in 2017 to remodel a bathroom. We engaged them last year to fix a large basement and master suite renovation after a different contractor stole a bunch of money from us. Magnolia is the real deal - every time I've worked with them, they're a better firm than the previous time we've hired them. Their principals, project managers, trades teams, and foremen were all a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough good things about their communication and ability to make me feel like I could trust them - something I had a lot of trouble doing after what the other contractor did to us! All renovation projects have their hiccups, but Magnolia will work with you to make things right, and they stand behind their work. I would (and very likely will) hire them again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I used Magnolia to remodel our bathroom — transforming a very dated half bath (that was barely functional) into a modern full bath. The project required closing off entry to our kitchen, taking over a coat closet and some additional walkway space so it was fairly intensive. But we could not have went with better contractors. They were efficient, professional and HIGHLY skilled. The tile work especially is nothing less than perfection. They did everything they could to pivot when needed and correct any errors, I think they probably painted three separate times to ensure everything was perfect. I couldn't recommend them more. We got several estimates and yes, Magnolia may cost more, but they'll make your life exponentially easier and you'll be left with a beautiful, quality product. Aka they're worth every penny. I read these reviews to help make my decision so I'm happy to leave one as well to let anyone know: they're the real deal.

Magnolia did an awesome job replacing my roof, fixing my chimney that needed several layers of new bricks, and adding an overhand on my sun room. They were always fast to respond and consistently checking up and informing me of updates. After the job was completed, the ground around the house were exceptionally clean. I will definitely use them again for my next project!

Magnolia did an excellent job on my deck. Much better than I expected. They were neat and Chris (one of the owners) spent a lot of time with me and designing the project. The leading carpenter was a perfectionist. I highly recommend them for any remodeling project. At first I was skeptical about using them because they are a fairly large company and I didn’t think that they would be involved with their customers. I would rate their work with 10 stars!!

We just finished a first floor townhouse renovation with Magnolia, which included a total kitchen gut, new flooring throughout, all new lighting, painting, crown molding, etc. We absolutely hands down loved everything about our experience with Magnolia from start to finish. Renovations can be stressful but not with Magnolia. Vic is beyond professional, has a high degree of integrity, great attention to detail and truly cares about customer satisfaction. He has an amazing team that we worked with closely every day - Nichole, Chris C. and Alexis. They were extremely responsive and buttoned up which was very important to me. I knew at the end of each week what was going to happen the following. If something changed I knew about it immediately. I also cannot say enough about the vendors Magnolia works with. They all work together seamlessly so there is never a mistake. I was also very impressed with how much the vendors respect Magnolia. Every one of them told me that they are the best. Anthony, the kitchen designer, was amazing with our cabinetry - he gave me a dream kitchen with the small area he had to work with. We feel very lucky and grateful we found Magnolia and went with them, since it was a big undertaking for us. I was always so confident throughout the process and I am very fussy and meticulous. But so is Magnolia! They take pride in their workmanship. If there was a slight bump in the road, it was rectified in a minute. I can’t imagine working with anyone else. We just contracted with Magnolia for a second project - a bathroom renovation. We put off these projects for years because we never trusted any other contractors to take on the scope of the work. There was always a “but” or a “what if”. We have all met or used bad contractors. I contracted with Magnolia to perform a basement remodel. I checked out other contractors before contacting Magnolia and I am so content with the customer service, quality, workmanship and professionalism that this company provided. They completely overhauled a poured concrete basement and turned it into a beautiful space to entertain company, work out and enjoy a movie on my big screen TV. As the job progressed I could barely imagine what the transformation would end up looking like. I had a picture in my head but they actually brought it to life. Everyone on the team displayed true professionalism and they were extremely responsive to my inquiries. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them for their top notch work. This was white glove service at its finest.

This is the second time I use MHRG for work in my home. The first time was for a complete bathroom remodel, which turned out amazing. This time they replaced an old dysfunctional wood deck with a paver patio that is more up to date, functional, and provides the proper entertaining area for my BBQ, dining table and bar. They also provided me with sitting walls and outdoor lighting, making this an outdoor space that I am truly proud to share with my friends and family. The best part about the project was working with the MHRG crew. The owner, sales manager and project manager were there for me every step of the way. Not to mention the superb craftsmanship of qualified masons that were assigned to my project and were at my home every day, all day until the project was finished which only took an amazing 4 days to complete. MHRG is the only contractor I can trust to provide excellent service, answer all my questions and ensure the project is complete to my satisfaction. We had open and frank discussion about what my requirements are. The window replacements were great. Done in one day. Totally amazing. They guys that did the vinyl siding did an outstanding job. I no longer feel breezes through the walls. The AC stays at the same temperature. The workers cleaned up after themselves daily. I offered to use my inside bathroom but insisted on having a porta potti on site. Completely recommend them for the windows and Vinyl siding that I had done. Considering indoor renovations next.

This was my second project with Magnolia Home Remodeling. Chris Fontana, co-owner, is always professional, knowledgeable, and always a pleasure to work with. I had a new deck installed with Timber Tech composite decking and also Cambridge pavers in my backyard leading from my deck to my garden. Chris G. and his crew always showed up very early, worked extremely hard, cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day and built a beautiful deck. Also Silva and his crew did a wonderful job with the pavers and makes a very nice appearance next to my deck. Everyone involved really cares about the final result which shows in their workmanship. Two for Two … Finished our second major home remodeling effort with the Magnolia Team – and yes – another great result!!! The design called for the removal of the dining room wall and in fact, the dining room itself. All of the additional space was folded into a supersized kitchen. We also wanted to lay ¾ inch white oak hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor of our home. Add to that a shiplap kitchen ceiling, a few new windows on the side of the house to provide extra natural light, two islands, special lighting requests and a few other features and the end result was worth the “fun you experience with a project of this magnitude and duration”. Always a few wrinkles when you have a large and detailed construction endeavor but the benefit from dealing with the Magnolia Team is ‘THEY OWN IT’, they want to make it right, they genuinely want to please their clients and do the right thing. Project #3 – we shall see – but enjoying the first two immensely!!!!!!

We worked with Chris from Magnolia on a second floor renovation and were extremely happy with the process and results. The reno included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, wood floor and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Chris is a great guy, very easy to work with it, trustworthy, and responsive. He hires skilled subcontractors and kept the reno moving at a good pace. There were no surprises with either the budget or scope of work. Magnolia made our dreams come true with this reno and we would definitely recommend them for your job.

I would recommend that Magnolia find a new sales representative. I am looking for estimates to hire a contractor to start some extensive work on my "new" old home. The rep did not seem to want to work with me from the minute we got on the phone. She took an aggressive approach assuming that it wouldn't be a good fit from the start. She also seemed to give a "warning" for the potential costs. I don't know if she takes this approach with everyone, but it felt like she assumed I couldn't afford them for some reason. After she told me they would only do Zoom calls instead of in person meetings for estimates since we hadn't closed on the house yet, I agreed and said I could arrange it. She quickly shut me up by saying they had very limited time for Zoom calls. I'm not sure what her goal was, but it was not to get new clients. I was looking forward to working with Magnolia based on other reviews and photo portfolio, but we will have to look elsewhere.

Magnolia did a great job building our deck. We are super happy with it and enjoy it every chance we get. It has changed our lives for the better!

From start to finish, my experience with Magnolia was great. I began the process by talking with Al. We had two long conversations about the windows and siding I wanted to replace. Then we had a long online conference where he showed me different types and colors. He was very patient throughout the process. I then met Vic who actually came to to explain how the whole process. We hired Magnolia to do the siding for our house, replacing 100 year old, water-damaged shakes. It was a big job, as our house is three stories. The Magnolia team did a great job. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional, from the site manager and doing the work, to the owner and office staff. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time, given the size of the job. The siding looks great and we’ve received complements from our neighbors on how amazing the house looks and how friendly the team was.

They replaced my windows, sided my house, resurfaced my foundation, built my deck, installed my sliding glass door, rebuilt my two concrete porches, installed paving paths and a new paver patio. This was the best contractor experience I’ve had!! Magnolia HRG gutted and extended the second floor bathroom in my cape cod style home. They turned my dingy, cramped, small bathroom into a larger, roomier and simply fabulous spa-like bath experience. From my first interaction to the final inspections, Vic Fiore was professional, up front and honest about what was included in the contract. I opted for labor only services and selected and provided my own materials, which worked out great for me. Vic responded to all of my emails, texts and phone calls immediately which always gave me a feeling that he cared about my project and was always available to answer my questions and clarify my vision for the project. His crew arrived to the project every day all day until completion which took only 5 weeks from start to finish (amazing!!). All the tradesmen hired by Magnolia HRG were professional, the craftsmanship was excellent and they were super neat and clean, leaving my house in excellent condition after each full day’s work. I highly recommend this company. Vic and his crew are highly professional and very good at what they do. We hired them to enclose our back porch and expand our mudroom. Pictures of the project are posted under "Porch Enclosed for Mudroom with Custom Bench and Cubbies." The workmanship is excellent. The experience from initial estimate to closing out the punch list was as painless as can be expected for a remodeling project. Vic was in constant contact with us to make sure that we were apprised of the progress. There were some minor issues, but Vic worked with us to overcome them. I'm very happy with the project and love our new mudroom! I plan to hire them again for another project next year.

I coupe more pleased with my experience from start to finish. The contractors were awesome. They were prompt and paid close attention to protecting my trees, shrubs and flowers. They did an excellent job of cleaning up during and after the project. Chris came afterwards and using his drone together we viewed the completed project! We recently hired Magnolia Home Remodeling to work on the following items for us: -Room Remodeling -Windows and Doors -Carpentry -General Remodeling -HVAC It was a pleasure working with Vic and his team. They are personal, friendly, very flexible with ideas and changes to the project mid-stream, and the best part is the quality of their work is top notch. At this point in time, I wouldn't use anyone other than Magnolia Home Remodeling Group for my home projects. So yes, I would easily recommend them time and time again.

Magnolia Home Remodeling recently completed a project where they transformed a small kitchen and living room from an 'in-law suite' into a sunken family room, tearing down a wall with a tiny door that previously connected the suite to the rest of the house and instead building up a half wall with 3 beautiful columns and two steps as the entry to the family. I couldn't be more pleased with the process, the outcome and the full team. The owner, Chris, came for my initial consultation, listened to what I was looking for (I knew generally what I wanted but could use some design advice), and gave my valuable insights on where I should put the opening to the room to maximize the placement of our furniture. He even stopped me from making a decision that would've cost me thousands of dollars extra but wouldn't have added much value to the room (you heard me correctly, he stopped me from unnecessarily paying extra money!). After signing contracts and we received our city permits, his team got in and quickly kicked off the project (taking about 3 weeks to complete the project), being respectful of our family's personal space/time, and putting up a tarp to minimize dust from going to other parts of the house (though it's hard to avoid it). Beyond the great outcome of the project--a beautiful open space with gorgeous columns atop a half wall that separates the family room and dining room--, Magnolia gets 5 stars from me because of the incredible customer service. If there was something I didn't like or forgot to mention earlier, Chris was very friendly and accommodating and made sure I got what I wanted. For instance, the first time they did the molding on the columns, it was very plain and didn't look at all like what I showed them I wanted from a pinterest photo, and that was the "statement piece' of the project for me. So I spoke to Chris, he went to the house to check it out and the next day his team re-did the molding and it was exactly what I wanted! The only piece that wasn't 5 stars was that the electrician (though very friendly) didn't get everything done right the first time or would forget certain things and you'd have to remind him. That said, he still did really great work and the customer service of the full team was strong enough to overcompensate a couple of hiccups in that department. I will definitely be reaching out to these guys again for my next project.

Magnolia Home Remodeling did an absolute amazing job on our kitchen remodel from the inital design state, demolition to final punch list items. Everyone I encountered was very professional. The quality of work was excellent. The job was completed on time. The workers always arrived on time and the job site was always cleaned up at the end of every day. Any problems or concerns were addressed in a timely manner and were followed through until resolved. Overall an excellent experience.

After having very positive experiences with Magnolia in the past, we would not have turned anywhere else to complete a full kitchen renovation. We "flipped" our kitchen which involved much more labor than we had originally anticipated. The Magnolia crew worked tirelessly to complete the job (even working over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years). The workers arrived early each the morning, worked through the day, and cleaned up meticulously before leaving. Our kitchen was completed in the time promised and on budget. Their eye for detail and genuine concern for client satisfaction makes them stand out among their competitors. I would recommend Magnolia as their craftsmanship and quality of work exceeded our expectations.

What a great experience dealing with Vic and Magnolia Home Remodeling Group!! We had siding and 2 outside doors replaced. The work that was done far exceeded my expectations. We had prices from 3 contractors and Magnolia came in with the best price and the work was perfect!! The contractors were reliable, courteous, professional and left our home spotless when the work was complete. We will use Magnolia for all our home remodeling projects in the future. The whole team at Magnolia are true professionals and do an excellent job on every front. We hired them n July 2016 to remodel our Kitchen. Al who came to review our old ktichen and to give quote was very patient, excellent listener and made me feel very comfortable. He was not pushy at all and was one of the reason why i decided on Magnolia. We had a very bad experience with another contractor we had hired previously to fix our Garage so i was very scared. My husband wanted me to manage this project so i was intimidated by this big responsibility but Vic and the project manger John made it easy. It was a big job, but we finished on schedule and I can honestly say it was a pleasure. I was worried about going over the budget but Vic always gave us options and recommended vendors who gave us good deal and excellent quality on counter tops. There were some stressful moments for no reason but Vic was a phone call away to resolve the issues quickly and to our satisfaction. Not once i can think when Vic didnt reply to my calls or messages. The craftsmanship was excellent and the project was completed timely. I extended the project by asking them to do a flooring in another room. The whole team was courteous, helpful and very professional. I will be using their services for other projects for sure and will strongly recommend them. I felt very comfortable working with their team.

Magnolia just completed a master bathroom addition in our home; they were very thorough and thoughtful in their approach, ensuring all elements of the project were completed in a timely manner with an eye to highest quality finishes. They also put forward ideas for us to consider as the project evolved and offered alternatives that complimented the overall project. Chris was very accommodating and flexible on this 7 week project - overall very good to work with.
