Larry and his team were awesome! Larry handled everything and his team came in and did great work in our office. Everything was done properly and on time. Will definitely be using them again including for some work I need done at home!

I feel very lucky to have found Larry and his team of experts, who have now handled several projects in my condo. Doing renovation work in a condo is challenging for so many practical reasons, and Maher Construction made it all feel easy. I am especially happy with their attention to detail and getting things right the first time. The upgrades we've made, which include everything from drywall repairs after minor water damage, to a new toilet and vanity sink being installed, to custom wall paneling being installed, every job is completed with a level of pride and expertise that makes me know the work will last for years to come. I look forward to working with Maher Construction again to finish off the final jobs. Building staff who come into my condo unit tell me it's the nicest in the building, and I know that Larry and his team can take a lot of credit for that!

I've worked with Larry on multiple projects over the last 5 years. The most recent project was an office renovation for my software company in an old commercial building in the beaches. Larry is straightforward and good to work with, and is connected with excellent tradespeople. He is very knowledgable and completes projects within the budget. He always offers straightforward solutions to things that come up over the course of a renovation, and makes sure the project stays on track. As is the case with most renovation projects, there were things that needed to be added on during the course of the project. Larry is always willing to adjust the plan and to get the right people involved to get the job done. 100% recommend, and will be working with Maher Construction again in the future.

Over the past several years I have had the pleasure of working with Maher Construction on several major residential projects. Maher Construction has worked on three separate residences of mine over the past 8 years. The scope of work included a main floor interior alteration, converting a two storey duplex to a single storey dwelling and recently adding a 3 storey addition to my home. Larry and his team of designers and trades are great to work with. The communication and project management was excellent. All the projects were completed within my initial budget and work was completed within the time frame we agreed upon. There is no doubt I would call Larry for anything in the future.

We have a 90 year old home in North Toronto. A recent inspection of our furnace a water heating system left us with some code breaches that required some structural changes (framework/walls/drywall/venting/etc.). Given the sense of urgency to bring things up to code, Maher Construction was very quick to come out to provide some advice on what could be done. Not only did they provide a few options to ensure that our home was brought up to code, they ensured costs were kept to a minimum (they never suggested anything that required unnecessary costs). The quality of the work was second to none They seem to pride themselves in their ability to quickly assess the needs of their customer and then offer options to choose from; all of which solving the issue and none of them cost prohibitive. No doubt there were many companies that could have done the work required; am not sure thought they would have provided the same level of care and advice that Maher Construction provided us. I’d highly recommend Maher Construction to anyone in need of a contractor they can trust.

I would highly recommend Maher Construction. I originally hired them for a large basement renovation in 2006 which included everything from the architecture, engineering, underpinning to complete finishing. They were delightful to work with, very professional. They have very skilled team of tradesman that were very courteous ( cleaning up every day) and completed top notch work that was on time and on budget. The attention to detail and customer satisfaction is outstanding. When it came time to completely gut and redo our kitchen in 2011 we went straight to Maher Construction. Maher contruction helped us renovate our den/kitchen. We removed walls and integrated the den with the kitchen eating area; it was a total gut and renovation of these spaces. The areas were seemlessly integrated into the rest of the kitchen area and home; the new clean and modern space looks as if it has always been part of the house. Larry is professional, easy going, and knowledgeable and made what could have been a very stressful experience, pleasant and the results were what we expected and we have been enjoying the new space since. The trades and suppliers used for the project were also professional and of the utmost quality.
