My project with Mattia Building Contractors was a house lift and addition. My experience with this company was great! They were always there to answer any questions my husband and I had about the project as well as any questions we had about the RREM program. The work that they did came out beautiful and we receive countless compliments on the quality and craftsmanship that was done on our beautiful new house. It is great to be home!

We had seen the prior work and homes that the Mattia team had produced and felt very confident going into the project. Mike and I would say that from start to finish, we were so pleased with Sal Mattia, Gina, Raluca and the entire team. This was in terms of their listening to us in the design phase and helping us with those decisions, their responsiveness when we had questions as well as the overall comfort level with the project. (Tear down and rebuild of house at the shore) We are thrilled with the look, attention to detail, quality/craftsmanship of the work, and are proud to call it our home. We would highly recommend this team, as they stand by their work, delivered on time and our home is wonderful.

We hired Mattia Builders to rebuild our house damaged by SS Sandy. They came to us highly recommended by our neighbors. Mattia had already built many homes in our community prior to the storm and post Sandy they have renovated/rebuilt many more. We couldn't have hired a better builder! They are very knowledgeable about all of the local building rules and regulations and they use quality materials. Gina, Sal, Raluca and Jimmy are always available and ready to answer any questions. From beginning to end we have been really happy with the whole building process and we love our home. If we had to build another house we wouldn't hesitate in using them again!

We were very pleased with the workmanship of the Mattia contractors they followed through every detail the matter how small they were always on time and dependable very friendly people and I would highly recommend them if you want to have your house built worry free .

Builders worked in a professional manner and were very accommodating to the homeowner and sub-trades as well. Not being one of the usual sub-contractors used on their jobs, I was treated professionally and respectfully. If any issues or concerns arose, they were addressed in a timely manner.
