McCarthy Companies / McCarthy Homes built a beautiful, highly detailed home for me in the new Shorewalk Collection community of RiverPark in Oxnard, CA. McCarthy's principals, sales team and site superintendent offered assistance during the planning and construction stages of the project which really helped me achieve the look and needs I had for my home. While this was a production home environment, it was nice to know that a local builder had a true interest in building my home, focusing on my unique desires as much as possible and not only meeting, but actually exceeding my expectations with the final product. Throughout construction, McCarthy's communication was terrific. Correspondence occurred weekly through email updates with photos as well as phone calls. As a homeowner, McCarthy continues to provide me with an exceptional level of service as it relates to anything from questions regarding appliances or features, to warranty issues.
