I was overall extremely pleased with David and MDH builders. David was extremely easy to work with, always polite, and extremely patient with my "first-time renovation" jitters. He calmly explained things to me that I did not understand, and did his best to accommodate minor changes and requests I had. My kitchen turned out beautifully and exactly as I had hoped. I would give five stars except for some communication problems with other staff and scheduling/timing conflicts which although unforeseen, were understandable. David delivered on budget and made me feel extremely at ease with the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to hire David and MDH again.

This was my second project with MDH Builders, the first with Davis at the helm. I cannot recommend David and his team more highly. David works with integrity to deliver a beautifully finished project. He supervised every aspect of my kitchen remodel, ensuring that he and his team delivered high-quality work to give me a kitchen even better than I had imagined. Communication during the remodel was easy and ongoing so I always knew what was to be done. We had 2 projects completed by MDH. They were referred by a 3rd party that highly recommended them. We were glad we chose MDH. They're bid was slightly higher than the middle of the pack, but we ultimately selected them because of 1) referral 2) licensed and insured 3) sales person (John). Project 1 - Encase pop-corn ceiling in living room, dining room and kitchen nook. Repair cracks and water damage to dry wall in both rooms. Prime and paint the 3 rooms. Install wired door bell chime & hook up with RING. Johnny the sales person was exemplary in his management of the project. He was there every day to over see the crew to ensure work was done in a professional manner. His attention to detail was beyond reproach. Case in point: he had the painters return 3 TIMES to correct a painted line and touch ups that did not measure up to the high standards. He looked over the finished work as if he was the owner of the house. Project 2 - Install new carpet to the living room, dining room, entryway, family room, 2 stairways, a hallway and a closet. As with the 1st project Johnny was there the entire time to ensure customer satisfaction. We feel blessed to have such a caring professional contractor to have your back during construction. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product.

I hired David from MDH Builders to do all of our bathrooms remodels. We were so impressed with the workmanship and the attention to detail. This company has amazing customer service. I loved that they have their own plumbing and electrical licenses so they didn’t have to hire out other subcontractors. I highly recommend them to work on your home projects.

Our experience with David and the team(s) has been great. We went over everything from beginning to end without communication issues. David provided all we needed and communicated with us as much as we needed/wanted. Even though it was a remodel, it is basically a brand-new house and the construction is excellent. Quality work. Quick turnover. We Love the house!!! We love the work. Love the construction crews. You might find a "cheaper" contractor out there, but I believe David's team is the highest standards team and worth a bit more on the cost.

Our kitchen remodeling journey began when we started to interview six remodeling companies, and we couldn’t have been happier and pleased with the work that the M.D.H delivered for us. From our very first meeting to discuss ideas to the last day of final touches everyone in this company was really helpful, kind, and professional. Shout out to Sean (the project manager) who always listened and responded to my call/text right away even on the weekends, trying his best to make sure the vision for my kitchen a reality. Making sure I was satisfied with every single little detail throughout the process. Thank you so much Sean! I really appreciate your hard work and prompt response! The workers who came to the house were also very nice, respectful, and always on time. They all made sure they covered everything before starting the job and did a good job of cleaning up after. All in all, we are absolutely thrilled with our kitchen and wouldn’t change a thing! I absolutely fell in love with my new remodeled kitchen, custom breakfast nook, and wet bar! I highly recommend the M.D.H to everyone who is looking for a reliable and excellent contractor. Their work and price are unbeatable!

M.D.H. was recommended by a friend who was happy with the work they did. Gali and Rudi were easy to work with, professional and timely. We had a master bathroom remodel. The men doing the work were kind, professional and truly skilled. I could not believe the attention to detail with tile cuts. The remodel was better than expected. I would absolutely hire M.D.H. again.

In my profession I get to work, on a daily basis, with contractors of all trades. Some provide an overall good experience, some not so, however there is a very selected group of contractors that provide such a remarkable experience that I find it my obligation to tell others about. MDH Builders are among this group of selected contractors that, given the chance, I would automatically, no questions asked, request to hire for a project. Ruby is such an easy person to work with, he is punctual and communicates great in and out of the construction site. I've always received from him more than I can expect, he is a pool of knowledge and had always made himself available for me to consult with and ask questions. The MDH crew of workers are top notch painters and Venetian plaster specialists, not even once that I can recall a work that is done sloppy or rushed, they put all they have into providing an excellent product, no less. I can talk on and on about their qualities but I think I already made the point. Whether a homeowner or a GC, I strongly recommend reaching out to Ruby from MDH.

We employed MDH to completely remodel our kitchen (and various other 'add-ons' that we asked for once they were onsite!). We took the entire kitchen back to stud walls, installed new electrics, new plumbing, lighting and finally the shaker kitchen with a beautiful quartz wrap-around counter. We love our new kitchen. From start to finish Gali just connected with my desire for a simple, European style and was attentive and patient throughout the process. Rubi and Juan performed excellent work and always to the highest standard. Minor 'snags' post-installation were dealt with quickly and efficiently and without hesitation. The total job was originally scheduled to take around 4 weeks to complete but given we had a trusted builder in-situ we extended the job to install hardwood flooring in the formal dining and living rooms, smooth out the 'cottage cheese' walls and install recessed lighting in the family room. In total they were on-site for around 8 weeks but it was totally worth the inconvenience of living in a building site. I am planning additional work in the family room next year and would not hesitate to use MDH again.

This review is long overdue. M.D.H. have done several projects for my clients ranging from floors to bathrooms. Every single project was done with excellence. Their craftsmanship is very high quality, but what's even more impressive is the feedback I received regarding their service and integrity. They are honest and care about the work they do. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an upgrade in their home.

My clients interviewed and hired M.D.H. Builders for a residential remodel in their home. M.D.H. easily executed the custom millwork designs I provided with the help of their talented and professional team. They have a wide range of construction knowledge and were great about advising us on the different aspects of the job. Gali and Rubi were a pleasure to work with, always responsive to our questions, and were able to stay on point with the budget. They are some of the most honest contractors I have ever met and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Gali & Rubi were recommended to us by friends when we bought our new house and needed some updates completed prior to moving in. From the 1st meeting with them we knew they were the ones that we wanted to work with. They were friendly and professional and had some great feedback and ideas as we went through our wish list. Their crew where amazing…they were helpful, worked hard and were always on time. Even though we were not living in the house at the time it was always left tidy at the end of the day. We had complete new flooring put in downstairs, mirrors removed from walls, wallpaper removed, walls skimmed, new baseboards added, powder room completely redone, brickwork painted and a fireplace refaced plus all our walls downstairs painted. They also painted our 2 boys rooms. Everything looks amazing and we were blown away by the quality of the work completed plus it was all completed on time. Gali & Rubi were always on hand when we needed them to help make decisions and Gali has an amazing eye for detail – her help with picking paint colors was so appreciated. They are not afraid to speak up and offer suggestions if they feel that what you have picked will not give you the outcome that they believe you are looking for. I respected their knowledge and guidance and they were right! We have a few more projects to be completed in our house and we will be calling on Gali & Rubi to help us with them. I could not recommend them more.
