As a real estate broker, Aaron and Jesse Meinch have become one of my top "go to's" when referring clients. They always go above and beyond from site selection all the way through handling punch list items. I honestly do not know of another Western NC builder that can deliver the level of service and bang for the buck in residential construction. I highly recommend Meinch Construction and will continue to encourage clients to sit down with Aaron and Jesse prior to choosing a builder.

The Meinch Bros. (Aaron and Jesse) recently built a townhome for us. The quality of construction was excellent. They were professional and responsive to our requests as the project progressed, making good recommendations on design and interior material selections. Importantly, they were quick to resolve any minor issues that came up along the way, completing the project by the estimated completion date. Meinch Construction did a great job on our townhouse in Asheville. We had several interior customizations including the layout of the entire lower level to meet our lifestyle needs. Aaron and Jesse worked with us throughout the project making sure they understood exactly what we wanted and provided expertise on how best to do things when needed. When issues did come up, as they always do on a construction project, they were easy to work with to get them resolved in a timely manner. They delivered a quality product, on time, and on budget. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and would recommend Meinch Construction to anyone considering building a new home or major remodel in the Asheville area.

My wife and I have recently purchased a home built on spec by Meinch Construction. We could not be more satisfied with its quality and appearance. Aaron Meinch has been perfectly accommodating to us as out-of-state buyers. There is not anything we asked of him that was not quickly accomplished, including rushing to the house within an hour after I phoned him to measure all the interior spaces necessary for us to purchase furniture and window coverings from out-of-town. All references for third-party vendors were quickly and enthusiastically supplied. Both on the phone and in-person, Aaron has been a perfect gentleman, gracious and willing to make anything happen. We feel extremely fortunate to have fallen in love with a house built by this company. Ours is a small vacation home, but we look forward to the day when Meinch Construction will build our permanent dream home in Asheville!

Although there are no photos of our home, Aaron & Jesse did a major remodel for us - took down walls, built a new staircase, painted, redid the floors, gutted 3 bathrooms and rebuilt them - did a lot of electrical work including recessed lighting and ceiling fans/. They are great folks, understanding, patient and competent and kept to the schedule we agreed on. We had a problem with a tub and although it was the manufactures fault, they hung in here with us working to make it right. Call them, you will not be sorry! The Coopers

Over the last eight years, Meinch Construction, Inc., has built more than ten projects, both commercial and residential for which I was the architect, including several renovations and two additions to my personal residence. Aaron and Jesse are both well organized, conscientious, experienced in the construction process, personable and highly professional in their administrative responsibilities. Their cost estimates are itemized, descriptive and with options which provides flexibility in a fixed budget. One or both of the brothers visit the job site daily to assure that necessary personnel, materials and equipment are available for work to proceed in a timely fashion. The quality of their work and finished product is of a high standard.

I only wish I had known about Meinch Construction, Inc. a lot sooner! A professional contractor friend who could not help recommended Meinch. I hired them for a kitchen remodel and replacement of outside steps, soffit repair and repair of a railroad tie retaining wall. This the only firm I have ever hired that is completely trustworthy as to arriving on time. They are impeccably honest with estimates and also very fair. There are no surprises as to added expenses AFTER their estimate. Their communication with the customer is stellar. They are courteous and leave no trash or construction mess. I know that they do a lot of house construction and if I were going to build a house, there is no question that I would choose Meinch. As to past experience, I feel absolutely SURE that any new house construction would be of top quality. I am totally sincere in this review. These guys are just the BEST!
