Michael did another great job for us, this time a mini-kitchen refresh by replacing old wall ovens with a new single oven, microwave drawer and cabinets instead. He understood just what we wanted and turned around a design quickly, as well as giving us advice on the appliances. The end results blends in so perfectly, it's as if it were designed that way from the beginning. He and his team were easy to plan and work with as always.

Michael helped us with our house remodel/renovation and did a fantastic job. He was very patient and responsive during the whole process. Mike helped and worked closely with us during the selection process. He is attentive to every minute detail and comes up with lovely design ideas. Mike understood what we needed and never pushed or influenced us in the wrong direction. We contracted with Memar Interiors to completely remodel our main bathroom and closet. We absolutely love the end results. Michael Memar was easy to work with and a great collaborator on design ideas. We were also impressed with the people he hired to work on tile, reframing, electrical and paint. Michael also recommended several excellent local vendors that we loved including Eleganza Tiles and Porcelenosa and that we ended up using. We solicited estimates from several reputable remodelers, and we are so glad that we selected Memar Interiors. They do excellent work for a reasonable price. We plan to use Memar Interiors for our future remodels.

Michael remodeled the kitchen in our 1972 home. We are very happy with the results! It was a complicated room to open up to the living room, so we had a company remove some walls and put in new long headers. Michael came in after that and took care of closing up the walls, the plumbing, electrical, cabinets, countertops, etc. He was very patient with me as I made decisions on things, as I wanted a very customized design and not an off-the-shelf look. He was thorough and explained things very well, he is a good listener and makes appropriate suggestions. He let me be as involved as I wanted to be, so it was like a partnership which I really appreciated. I've worked with contractors/remodelers who aren't interested in your thoughts about things. Kitchen turned out beautiful!!!

Michael did a complete kitchen remodel for us including removing a wall, sealing up a door, building an island and custom cabinets. Michael Memar just completed the kitchen in my home. He also remodeled our bathroom 2 years ago. I have been so impressed with him and the professionalism with which he handles each project. He transformed our ugly, dated master bath into a contemporary, modern, sleek-designed bath with a master shower that is amazing! If you are looking for an honest, hardworking, professional contractor look no further than Memar Interiors. We had a small hall bath remodel and small master bath remodel. Both remodels included removing all the old fixtures, tubs, toilets, cabinets, tiles and mirrors. The bathrooms were outdated and worn out from years of use. Michael was very professional from the initial contact. Our estimate meeting was scheduled very quickly and at a time that worked for my husband and me. He came in quickly took measurements and went over our wish list; he was in and out in less than 30 minutes. We had our estimate a few days later. Once we decided to move forward with the remodel, we contacted Michael and setup a time to review and sign the contract. He sent the contract over a few days before signing so we had ample time to review and address any concerns. We signed the contract on a Saturday morning and started the remodel two days later on Monday. The money: Memar Interiors was the 5th contractor we received estimates from for our bathroom remodels. Memar estimate was reasonable and appropriate for the job sizes. The design process: Michael is very pleasant to work with. He will happily give his professional opinion when asked but will not disregard your design preferences or opinion. We had a very hard time picking tile. Michael saw our struggle and offered to shop with us at the tile store to help with the choices. He helped us with final design choices on finish colors, paint colors and trim. His opinion is valued and trusted by us. The demo process: Michael’s demolition team was amazing. They came in around 9AM and had the first bathroom demolished by 1130AM the same day. They were so quiet we were barely aware they were here. They covered our floor to protect it and cleaned up very nicely after the demo. The second bathroom was demolished after the first one was finished and went just as smoothly. The construction process: Michael and his team were amazing to work with. All his trades were very knowledgeable and had no issues taking time to explain things along the way or answer any questions we had. All installation and finishes were done in a timely manner with quality work. Issue resolution: While issues are expected during a renovation, the way they are handled was our biggest concern. Michael was quick to address any problem no matter how tiny as soon as it was mentioned. The biggest issues we had were time delays that we caused by ordering our toilet too late. Michael worked with us and offered solutions to keep our project moving along. Overall: We would 100% recommend Memar Interiors for a renovation or design job. The team is knowledgeable and friendly. The final project far exceeds the expectations we had. Never in a million years did I expect to have bathrooms that could be featured in a magazine, but Michael and Memar Interiors made it happen.

We were really nervous about the renovations and got several bids for the bathrooms remodel. We chose Michael and we are glad we did. Michael did a great job helping us choosing the materials and advising on design. The result – two bathrooms we love. His tile and pluming crews are amazing. We really appreciated the ease of communications, responsiveness and a great attitude. We are going to do our kitchen remodel in a few months and would hire Michel again. Michael and his crew did an amazing job transforming our outdated 80’s bathroom into exactly what I had wanted - a beautiful, black on black modern bathroom. I can’t express how excited I was to see what he created - I mean you see samples of tiles and fixtures, but to see it all come together was truly breathtaking.
