Merchant Maintenance & Construction

We have been contracting Merchant Maintenance and Construction for the past 10 years. During this time they have taken on a variety of jobs from repairing or replaced rotted windows, clapboard, floors, decks; replaced screens for 2 porches; built us a small unique and interesting garden shed; helped us prepare for selling our house with the buyer's repair list; built from scratch a 20' x 30' two-story woodworking shop (this project); gutted and replaced our kitchen in our new 1840s home; and so many other jobs, just too numerous to mention. Their work is exemplary, thorough and complete. Their attention to detail and expert craftsmanship are extraordinary. We hired Jeff for our kitchen project after working with him on a portico for our home a couple of years prior. Not only does he do great quality work, he is very conscientious about budget and getting the very best cost/quality ratio for what he is doing.

My 100+ year old house had old woodwork and Merchant Maintenance & Construction did an excellent job creating custom moldings for my bedrooms and hallway.
