Excellent ability to take conceptual ideas and incorporate them into the home. Patient with novice clients who had not ever built a home. We had a beautiful result in the timeframe promised. Works with great subcontractors who know their trades. Overall high degree of professionalism.

Messina Construction is a top-notch company to work with. Tom is a true professional; very flexible and respectful of all client input. Stays on budget, is accountable for all work performed on the home including work of sub-contractors. All work is completed in a timely manner, on schedule. I would highly recommend Messina to anyone initiating a new home building project.
