December 19, 2018 during 70 mph wind gusts 3 huge trees fell onto our 1 1/2 yr old home smashing 6 roof trusses. Michael Mulligan Construction took on the remodel and did an outstanding job! Michael has integrity and extensive construction knowledge. He bid the scope of the job and came in on budget. His workers were polite, respectful, caring, prompt, and clean. The subcontractors that he hired were respectful, clean, timely and all did top quality work. We were very pleased with the entire process. Michael gave us confidence, peace of mind and was concerned for our safety - we were well taken care of thru the whole stressful process. He worked seamlessly with the insurance company as well. Our home is better than new and we will definitely hire Michael Mulligan Construction LLC for any future jobs we might have and recommend them highly!!
