Millennium completed a massive renovation in our house, 16 years ago, which involved building a mud room in the basement, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen open to the dining and sitting area. After living here for 30 years, we recently sold our house within 24 hours and the echoing response from everyone who viewed it was....WOW. To this day it appears as new as the day it was finished. The workmanship and design is outstanding. We can’t take the Reno with us but we can certainly take all the treasured memories of fabulous gathering with friends and family....and will add, including the Millennium’s owner, Mark. That in itself is testimony to how Millennium values clients and their trust. In a few months, we are moving to a house built in 2017 and the only person we are considering to call, is Mark, for our new projects. Can’t wait!

We have worked with Millennium on two occasions over the last 9 years. The first project was to renovate the first floor of our house in 2011.. This involved moving structure(walls) to open up our main floor. Everything was dealt with professionally and properly. Mark is great to work with and his collaborative nature brings out your needs and wants to come up with the best options and layout. Nine years later we are still very pleased with our renovation and still get compliments from visitors to our home! We also had Millennium renovate our master ensuite just last year (2019) with again fantastic results! Mark and Jeff are simply good people and are great to work with! During the construction, they take the time to suggest options that will add to the design and are willing to incorporate as the build progresses. Their ability to do "Custom Built In's" (drawers, shelves cabinets etc..) gives them huge flexibility in the design (they have their own custom mill shop) vs purchasing cabinets and trying to make them fit the space. One last thing which is also important...they take the time to clean up the work space at the end of each day and remove refuse. Top marks from us for Mark, Jeff and the Millennium crew!!

Millennium did a complete kitchen renovation for us for us \2 years ago and we were completely satisfied with the end result. We found the workers to be friendly, professional and very thorough. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

overall excellent - would highly recommend Over the past 2 years Millenium Construction has done major renovations in our 30+ year old home - added a 3 season porch, renovated laundry room, master bedroom and exercise room, office, 3 bathrooms, installed hardwood on 2nd floor, refinished floors on first floor and replaced all the windows. Millenium design and millwork has been excellent . Advice and suggestions very helpful, Work quality consistently very good. Workmen always professional. Good communication. Deadlines reasonably met.

We recently had a major renovation in our home, completed by the Millennium Construction team. Let me start by saying the MC team took great care of us through the duration of the project, and always respected the fact we were living in the home during construction. The MC sub trades were all top notch, and again accommodated our living arrangement throughout the project. I am an electrician by trade, and have involved in many projects. Very few of the projects I have been involved with, in the past, run on schedule. What impressed me the most was the fact that the MC team kept our project on time and within budget. We can't be happier with the final outcome. From the finishes that were suggested, to the quality of the workmanship, we are ecstatic with the outcome of our renovation, and would highly recommend Millennium to any who ask. We commissioned Millennium to design and build cabinets to tie into our existing fireplace. Through the consultation Mark was able to identify our preferred styling a and develop a layout we fell in love with. Paying particular attention to the various details existing in the room and throughout the house, the finest details of design reflected our needs and the style of our home, resulting in a piece that looks like it was built with the home. The craftsmanship, installation and professionalism of the entire Millennium crew was so impressive we have recommended them to numerous neighbours and friends. We are now planning our next project for Millennium.

This company Did a fantastic job on our addition. They worked with us on every step of the project insuring that our needs were met. The project manager was great and kept us up to date with everything. The designer did the most amazing job in keeping with the heritage of our home!

MCADI completed almost an entire house renovation for us from mid-Feb. to mid. May. It included the main floor and kitchen, main bath, replacing all the flooring and re-painting the house, upgrades to a second bathroom, and re-doing the lower level family room and railing/stairs. From the beginning to the end of our project, the service provided was amazing. Mark's has immense creativity for designing functional, beautiful spaces and the tradesmen he has to back up the designs and complete the project also meet a high standard. The craftsmanship throughout our project is evident the moment you walk through the door. We actually lived through the entire renovation and the people who were working on our house were very respectful of this situation. Everyday the area they were working on was cleaned up and tools were stored or put away into corners. Our lead carpenter, Patrick was amazing to work with and kept us updated weekly on what was happening, anything we needed to do to prepare for the work ahead and managed the project from a day to day basis. Having a point person to communicate with was very effective. MCADI also makes all their own cabinetry which is a huge benefit. This means they can basically create anything you would like when it comes to customizing your space with cabinetry. Daryl, who makes the cabinets, was also great to work with as he was very aware of how we wanted to use our kitchen space and what customizations would work best. Now that we have been using our new home for a couple of months, we are very appreciative of his insights. Frank, who created the stain for our island and railing, hit the nail on the head! The colour is absolutely stunning and we love it. Everyday, there was anywhere from 2 to 6 people working on our home to reach completion. We did go over on our budget, but there is not anything I would have done differently. The finishes that were incorporated into our project really make a difference in our open concept home. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone in the London area.
