Remodeled three bedrooms. Installed hardwood flooring and carpet. Repainted walls and ceilings. Installed new trim. Built new front steps. Outstanding work completed on time and on budget. Excellent communications with project management.

We had many projects, but wanted to try this organization for a small thing first. Replace all interior door with solid core white ones. We'd already replaced the door knobs, the new doors were to have matching finish hinges. We were clear on that point. We signed the contract and off we go. But wait, thoses hinges don't match the knobs. Installer said, no your knobs are satin chrome and the hinges are satin nickle or maybe it was the other way around. Knob finishes are not my specialty. Guess who paid $400 for a change in hinges. Lesson learned, know your satin finishes. We are working our other projects with someone else.

I have hired many contractors in 30-plus years of owning homes. When I needed someone to restore a downstairs bathroom which had suffered water damage and neglect, I almost gave up trying to find a competent professional. Many were personable, presented well, and had very good references, but performed in a less-than-satisfactory manner. A few were absolutely incompetent. In 2004, I contacted Miller Building and obtained a quote. After lengthy questioning and suggestions from David Miller, I received a contract which clearly specified what work and materials would be provided for the quoted price. MBR added my renovations to their schedule for the following month. But then I had an emergency: My mother was injured and confined to a wheelchair, and I needed a doorway widened immediately, and grab bars installed. Mr. Miller recognized the urgency; and found skilled workmen to do the job the very next day. The following month, I had a beautiful bathroom as well. In 2007, as I considered an upgrade of energy-efficient windows and doors and other improvements to my home, I remembered my satisfaction with MBR. I asked three companies to give me an estimate. Mr Miller showed me excellent quality materials, and his estimate was well within the range of the others. Miller Building was again my choice to do the work. Since the installation, which included rebuilding one window into a lovely bay window, I have seen my heating bill drop from $187 to $133 a month with the new energy-efficient windows. They look beautiful, and they have added as much value to the house as they cost to install. In 2015, Miller gave me a new driveway, brick wall, and garage doors. The next year, they transformed my two upstairs bathrooms, including installing a stackable washer & dryer in a hidden alcove. Can you believe they still have the same carpenters, painters, & other workers that they had over ten years ago? This is NOT some fly-by-night company! After ten years of using Miller Building's services, I am delighted with every bit of work they have done here. They are skilled, professional, considerate, friendly, and responsible. I always contact them first for whatever my home needs.

Miller Building & Remodeling has completed three projects for me. After the first I never gave a thought to calling another company. All workers are highly and knowledgeable in their field. Work was compleated as contracted and always left in perfect order. I was completely satisfied with a complete remodeling of kitchen/family room, exterior painting and a total remodeling of master bath. Highly professional in all areas from the first day until job completion.

Miller building added a new handicapped accessible full bathroom to our home. They did outstanding work. From the outside of our older home, you can't tell that it was an addition. It blended in great with the older part of the house. Everyone raves about how beautiful the bathroom is. The workers are second to none. Very professional and courteous. You have to be careful who you let in your house these days, but there are no worries about these guys. If you need some work done, I highly recommend you call Miller building. You won't regret it.

We had an excellent experience using Miller Building & Remodeling to completely gut and remodel our kitchen. They also added cabinets in our den, replaced the fireplace mantel, removed an old wet bar, and painted the paneling. The room is so much lighter, brighter and fresher. The Miller tradesmen and the subs they used were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were also flexible when any issues arose, and were responsive to any questions that we had. We would highly recommend them.

My husband and I hired the Miller team to replace a set of patio doors, remove an upper deck and replace 2 doors with a picture window. We also had them replace our front door and paint the shudders on the front of the house and clean up the trim work. They did an excellent job, the work came in within the estimate and they completed the work on time. They did an amazing job of replacing the siding and matching the house and trim paint color. I was very impressed with how they left each area they worked in so neat and clean. I was most impressed by how much pride they took in their work and by the professionalism of each team member. We have several other projects that we are going to do in the coming year. They will be the first and only call we will make.
