My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I hired Billy D. and the team at Mister Fix-It for a fireplace renovation and was very pleased with the experience. Managing a project from out of state can be tough, but Billy was a true professional throughout the process. His crew did an exceptional job with the drywall finish and paint matching—it’s completely seamless. I also really appreciated the small anchor they installed to stabilize the electrical fireplace unit; it was a thoughtful touch that showed they cared about the long-term quality of the work. While I stepped in to do the final custom wood detailing to match my specific vision, their high-quality structural work provided the perfect foundation for me to complete the look. The house was left spotless, and the communication was great. Highly recommend Billy D and his crew for any reliable home repairs!

I have used Mister Fix-it twice now and most recent service was excellent. Everything from quick bid to scheduling service to actual work was great. Ethan showed up and accomplished all items in timely manner and correctly the first time. He was professional, very knowledgeable and informative. I will definitely use them again for my home repair needs.

Travis and Steven replaced a 37-year-old stove for me. They had to cut some of the counter in order to lift it out and slide the new one in. I was quite nervous, but they did a beautiful job. I am so proud of their work I definitely will use Mr Fix it again and again. Carol w

Stephen A. did a fantastic job on completing my (poorly started) Honey-Do "Repair Porch Columns and Hang Drywall" tasks - next time I'lI skip all that hassle and call them first! A job well done - "Thank you!"

This company is Top Shelf. I highly recommend Mister Fix-it LLC. I relocated to the StLouis area and the purchase of my house was completed primarily long distance. I was referred to them by my realtor. They took care of all my inspection revealed issues in a very timely manner. It was like having the best contractors under one Roof. After moving in I discovered issues missed by inspectors. Luckily I knew who to call and didn’t have to deal with timely research and weeding through contractors. Hopefully this review will save others time and allow them to also receive TopShelf Quality work.
