I have worked with Erich for the past 5 years with his marketing. He has always been honorable and easy to work with.

This was our second project with Mountain West and we are very pleased! Not only is their work excellent , they were very accessible when we had questions and listened to our concerns. The workers are very respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day and were on on time - very reliable. We highly recommend Mountain West for new or remodeling projects!

We first used Mountain West to install crown moulding throughout a home we acquired in Dec. 2010. They also installed a new range hood & exhaust flue at that time. The next project was a screened in porch in 2011, followed by new vanities, linen cupboard & tile shower in 2012, and a vanity in a 2nd bathroom the same year. More recently in 2016 was tile backsplash work in the kitchen when we replaced the existing granite with different granite. Finally, additional cabinets were added to the laundry room in 2017. Erich is easy to work with, provides plans and timetables for what he is quoting and returns phone calls, texts and emails promptly.

Eric and his crew we're very professional. I'm a retired painting contractor from Minneapolis MN, I've worked with plenty of contractor's in my 40 year career and My wife and I feel very lucky to have found Eric to do our remodel job! The work was performed in a timely manner the crew was very hard working and consciences. The job site was cleaned at the end of every work day with special attention paid to dust control during the entire project. Very happy with the final result's. Great job, Thanks Eric! Mountain West (Erich Leatham) is a highly professional contractor with a strong sense of aesthetic and sound construction methodology. He quickly understood the scope of the work we requested, the architectural objectives we had hoped to achieve, and worked hard to meet our time expectations. He was not afraid to advise us of any concerns or opportunities for cost savings before, during and after the project. He also worked to stay within our budget.

Mountain West Construction just completed a whole house renovation for us in Brevard, NC and my husband and I are thrilled with the results. As difficult as it can be to monitor a project from a distance, Mr. Leatham took the worry out of our hands and was able to complete our project despite a tight schedule and budget. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a contractor - for anything from building a new home to remodeling and whole house renovations. Owner, Erich Leatham and his highly skilled staff are professional, courteous and efficient - a great value. Beyond the expected, Mr. Leatham has a design sensibility that was extremely helpful in guiding some of our decisions.
