Between three and a half and four stars. Bathroom reno. Exceptional workmanship, except for one final bit. The promised time was way out, and caused us issues. We were told the reno would take two weeks, maybe three, however it began Oct 2 and finished Nov 26. There are always unexpected happenings, and that is fine, but the error was in not allowing enough time for tiling. The attention to detail was incredible and appreciated, except for the final item--installation of the hanging oval shower curtain rod for the claw foot tub. It was hung too low, so was very unstable and standard length curtains pooled on the ground. George promised they would be back to adjust, but after several weeks my husband did it himself (including patching and repainting) and it looks great. We love it.

George the owner is great guy! Our bathroom project turned out great and during the life of the project George acted with integrity that is rare to find these days. When the owner is willing to correct any small problems encountered with his own hand that shows that he cares about his customer and wants to make them happy. In addition he was very easy to get a hold of and discuss the project. Also, in this day and age you often have reservations about people working in your home when you are not there but not with George as he and his team were very polite and respectful. QUESTION: Would we use George for another project?? ANSWER: YES - FOR SURE!

My Guy Home Improvements (George) was easy to work with. He is a great communicator, very flexible and willing to come up with lots of ideas. We started not knowing exactly what we were after but we did have a fairly tight budget. He researched and checked prices many times and got back to us with lots of ideas. George also kept us very up-to-date with the progress and never left us wondering what was going on. The one reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is sometimes contractors are as good as their tradespeople. There were a couple of issues here but George was willing to listen and rectify issues.

George installed a granite bathroom vanity for us. He was truly a pleasure to work with. Reasonable rates, prompt service and excellent workmanship. Recommend him highly.
