We recently had our shower remodeled by NA Design. Nathan was really easy to talk to. He got our ideas right away. The most important quality I looked for when shopping for a contractor was someone who I could trust, and Nathan was someone I felt I could always count on. He was honest and willing to work with me through every obstacle and has been responsive post-construction to tie up any loose ends. He is a small operation so there is typically no superintendent on-site, so the owner must be a bit hands-on to ensure things are being done to expectation and schedule, but Nathan was always willing to work with me on anything I felt needed a second look. We had NA Design Builders remodel our kitchen, master and guest baths and install tile flooring throughout our 2000 sq ft single story home. The remodeling of our kitchen required removing a wall between the kitchen and living room to expand the kitchen and give us an open concept. This required installing a beam (as the removed wall was load-bearing). We also had them paint the interior and upgrade our electrical service to 200amp. Our project started in early December 2019 and was completed in mid-March 2020. We originally met with project managers Danny (Raz) and Ronen (Malka) and were very impressed with them right from the start. They spent several hours discussing our project with us. Never did we feel any pressure from them and they were very amiable and fun to talk to. They were the first contractors we met with. We met with two others but we felt most comfortable with Danny and Ronen. Later along with Nathan (also very nice), we decided we wanted them to do our remodel. They, along with the project supervisor, Kobi were very easy to work with, provided good advice along the way and were attentive to detail. We just had NA Design complete a master bathroom & kitchen remodel and were impressed with the services and the skills of all parties involved in the work. This was the first time we ever worked with a contractor who provided a total solution: design, materials, and execution, including the necessary electrical panel upgrade and all permitting work and reviews. Working with their designer was a fun experience and a significant time saver. He strove to understand our design concepts and provided attractive options within our budget. Both him and the on-site project manager exhibited limitless patience with our questions. The on-site work was done in every way to minimize impact to our lives and our home. At the end of the day all materials were safely stored and a safety walkthrough completed by the project manager. One pays a slight premium for this approach, but the size of the project combined with the level of service and the amazing timeframe (started as planned and ended 8 days early) was well worth it. And we now have a new master bathroom & kitchen that exceeds our original expectations.

NA Design remodeled an upstairs bath, master bath, three bedrooms, and a loft. Communication with the company was good. We knew who was coming and when. If there was a change in schedule, we were notified. The tile work, cabinetry, and granite work were excellent and we are very pleased with the results.
