Nassour Creations completed our kitchen, master and hall bathrooms. It was an easy, collaborative experience. Jack and his team were timely, respectful and always cleaned up at the end of the work day. Overall, they did an excellent job!

Earlier in the year we hired Nassour Creations to renovate our master bathroom. We were extremely pleased with their work and the final outcome. We learned that Nassour Creations can do most home renovations and not just bathrooms. Months later we decided it was time to replace our 19 year old flat asphalt roof. We wanted a cool roof (highly reflective) and which our city mandated for newly built city homes with flat roofs ten years ago. Nassour Creations proposed the exact cool roof material my research indicated was the best material and we awarded them the job. The project was quickly completed and the work quality was excellent. Our upper floors are now noticably cooler. My experience with them is that do really high quality work, manage their trade staffs very well and communicate exceptionally well and frequently with the home owner during the job. I would highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone! And already have! Our neighbors recommended him to us after their bathroom reno and our other neighbors will be using him in the fall for theirs. He’s the best! We renovated 2.5 bathrooms this spring with Jack. His quote came in where we were hoping which was great. But more importantly for us was the quality of the work and ease of working with him and his team. Jack is very responsive, timely, and always follow through, which we have learned is difficult to find. Whenever I got stressed, Jack always remained calm and addressed any concerns right away.
