Great experience from start to finish. This company truly feels like family, not just contractors. The owner (Sage) personally stopped by, checked every detail, and made sure everything was done right , even the small things. The master bathroom came out great, communication was easy, and the whole process felt honest and stress-free. Highly recommend

Working with New Dawn Construction was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the very first consultation, it was clear that this company operates at a higher standard than most contractors out there. Their communication was consistent, clear, and professional throughout the entire process. Every step was explained in advance, timelines were realistic, and any questions we had were answered promptly. The team was organized, respectful, and extremely detail-oriented. The quality of workmanship was excellent. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way not cutting corners. The crews showed up on time, kept the job site clean, and paid close attention to both structure and finish details. The final result exceeded our expectations. What really sets New Dawn Construction apart is their integrity. They are honest, transparent with pricing, and truly put the client first. It felt like a partnership rather than just hiring a contractor. If you are looking for a reliable, professional, boutique-level construction company that delivers high-quality results, I highly recommend New Dawn Construction. We would absolutely use them again and confidently recommend them to friends and family.

I recently had the pleasure of undertaking a comprehensive renovation project with New Dawn Construction, focusing on both a bathroom remodel and an exterior makeover. I can unequivocally state that the experience far exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, River, our project manager, played an integral role in ensuring that every aspect of the remodel was executed flawlessly. River was nothing short of amazing—bringing a perfect blend of professionalism, expertise, and a keen eye for detail to the project. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was visible in every phase of the renovation. The bathroom transformation was remarkable. River and his team provided insightful suggestions that beautifully balanced functionality with aesthetics. The fixtures, tiles, and finishes were meticulously selected, resulting in a space that feels luxurious yet incredibly welcoming. Equally impressive was the exterior remodel. River's vision helped enhance the curb appeal of our home significantly. The attention to detail, from the new siding to the perfectly coordinated color palette, has given our home a fresh, modern look that stands out in the neighborhood. Throughout the process, River maintained open and clear communication, always ensuring we were informed and satisfied with each development. His ability to orchestrate and manage the various moving parts of the renovation with such poise and competence was truly commendable.

My husband and I have been talking about remodeling our kitchen for years but were afraid of the aggravation and chaos it was sure to bring. We finally steeled ourselves and chose Sagi and New Dawn for the job. (In part because of online reviews, so I'm paying it forward!). It wasn't aggravating. It wasn't chaotic. Sagi and River (our project manager; I can't rave enough about him) oversaw a complete demo and rebuild. Of course there were occasional surprises which were solved collaboratively and creatively. The kitchen is stunning but with enough fun elements to suit our taste. From the first design rendering by Sagi's colleague Nofar, we were all in. The different crews came and went, always taking pains to keep the mess to a minimum. And let me tell you about these men - they were friendly, they were accommodating, they were incredibly skilled and took pride in their work. And they were kind. Who looks for kindness in crews? It turns out Sagi does. There is an ethos he has built into his business as well as honor and integrity. Thank you Sagi, River, Nofar, Lital, Juan, Esvin, Wilbur, Brian

I’m Rom and New Dawn Construction did an amazing job in remodeling my kitchen. Sage, the owner personally guided me in every step of the way. I can’t believe that I got this amazing result from the budget I had. I trust them, love them and happy to write this review for them.

Highly recommend! They remodeled my home using professional designer plans and delivered an amazing result. The workmanship, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. I’m extremely happy with the final outcome.

I personally am finding it difficult to choose when it comes to construction companies, meeting with many project managers and comparing deals. A friend referred me to New Dawn Constructions and my life just got easier! They handled the process for me from A to Z and I felt like there’s someone I can trust, to answer my questions quickly, help me choose design and take my idea and bring it to reality. Very thankful for them and highly recommend them to anyone considering! Especially if you’re new to this like I was :)
