From the very beginning, Todd, the owner, impressed us with his extensive knowledge, incredible talent, and commitment to doing everything by the book. His process is polished, thorough, and transparent. Todd gave us firm timelines and stuck to them, and to our surprise and delight, the construction was actually completed ahead of schedule. Beyond their professionalism, what truly sets New Freedom Properties apart is how they treated us like family. We never felt like just another project; we felt supported, heard, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire renovation. The team was clean, detailed, and consistently demonstrated impeccable follow‑through. Our foreman, Chuy, and his crew were onsite daily. They were kind, highly skilled, and their finish work was absolutely top‑notch. Their craftsmanship exceeded all expectations. We underwent a renovation of our first floor—our kitchen was completely rebuilt and reimagined, and we remodeled the guest bathroom, laundry room, and updated the flooring. The transformation is stunning. Our cabinetry is gorgeous, and the quality of their products and processes is far superior to what we’ve seen elsewhere. From removing walls, to digging out for a new shower, to recommending the latest products on the market, they brought unmatched knowledge and creativity. We even replaced our hot water tank with a tankless system, giving us valuable space to expand one of our bathrooms. A huge shout‑out to our Project Manager and Designer, Nicole. She is truly gifted. Her attention to detail, curiosity, and ability to understand our style allowed her to present designs and product selections that felt 100% “us”—but ones we never would have discovered on our own. Her guidance was invaluable. Our home is now gorgeous, and we are incredibly proud to entertain and show off our new spaces. We would recommend New Freedom Properties to all our friends and family without hesitation, and we cannot wait to start another renovation with them in the future. I had a full remodel project which included a complete gut of my Kitchen, living room , master Bedroom and Bathroom all flooring and guest bathroom plus full lighting and painting of entire house. The outcome is fantastic! I couldn’t recommend New Freedom Properties more highly. Owner and Key Personnel were in consistent communication and on site with us offer. They were easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable and helpful. Their construction team was a true extension of the owner from a culture standpoint and with the company for years. Same teams showed shows up each day on time and also communicated well. Even the few subs they used were great and reliable seeing the same folks gave us a sense of trust. Everyone we spoke to as we picked out appliances and materials also raved about working with New Freedom. Meaning they treated everyone with respect and were a trusted contractor. I knew before the project started how much it would cost and there was no hidden cost. Only increase came if we made a change that cost more. They staged all materials and brought them in as needed which meant they weren’t running around looking for materials and did what they said when they said it would be completed. I expected delays, a mess and some cost overruns even with me doing my due diligence on selecting a contractor. We finished on time and no overruns in cost. They cleaned up fairly well each night when done and although living in a house during a full remodel is not ideal they became part of the family and respected the fact this was our home. I think you can’t go wrong with New Freedom and their Values and Integrity are engrained in all and they have the skills to Walk the Talk

We had 5 estimates and we just loved New Freedom Properties. Complete kitchen remodeling, lighting, stairs, flooring, bathroom 8 week project. Nicole and Todd really knows there stuff - and did a great job guiding us through the process. They made are dream a reality. A huge thank you to the project manager Nicole she did an amazing job working with the installers to make sure everything was running smoothly in our project always keeping an open line of communication with us. I was never a bother to her with changes, questions, ideas about my remodel. We are extremely happy with staff Vincente and Frankie were detail oriented and cleaned up daily when leaving our home. We felt comfortable with them coming and going, even while we were out of the house. I love that they use an App called Buildertrend during the remodel process it has all important stuff about your remodel contract, invoices, items picked out, photos of your ideas, change orders etc. When everything shutdown because of Covid-19 they made sure we would have at least my sink and cook top to use. After the work is done they have your home professionally cleaned which I loved! We're so happy with the way our remodel turned out. I would recommend this company for all of your remodeling needs.

I was incredibly hesitant when we began planning with Todd as I was going through some personal issues and knew how painful the remodeling process is. I can happily say that Todd and his crew were AMAZING! They consistently communicated with us regarding timelines and their professionalism showed as his crew were always here first thing in the morning and stayed until they had to. I couldn't be more pleased with their work and the compliments we receive from the finished product represent the hard work they put into remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms! Thank you to everyone who did such a fantastic job and know I will recommend you anytime!!

I really can't say enough about how amazing this company is. I found them on Yelp and Houzz and was really impressed by their great reviews, and I have not been disappointed. I was greeted by an incredibly nice woman Glenda on the phone when I called to schedule an estimate. I remember her saying "You are just going to love these guys!" and she was right. Todd came out with his designer Nancy for the estimate and they were both so incredibly nice and detail-oriented. I hired them because I had such a great feeling about them after meeting them and I am so glad I did. They did 3 separate projects for me (removing a wall that separated two rooms, converting my garage into an office, remodeling my master bathroom). They have been nothing but professional and pleasant throughout. Every person who has come to my house to work has gone above and beyond to do amazing work and make sure I was happy. Chuy was the main person I dealt with and he is seriously the nicest guy, his work is excellent and he was so great about cleaning up and leaving my house looking better than the way he found it. They even had a cleaner come when they were done to make sure everything looked great. Todd was super responsive and involved throughout the process. He called and came by to check on how things were going regularly. The projects were all done ahead of schedule and within the budget we agreed to at the outset. Thank you SO much to Todd, Chuy, Cesar and the entire team at New Freedom Properties, you guys are awesome and I could not be happier with how everything turned out!! I recently had the contractor build a laundry room addition to my house. Every facet of the project was professional and every crew member did an outstanding job. Project was completed on schedule and Alex and his crew were meticulous in their work.

We had a shower replacement done in a rental house we own. The contractor did a fantastic job managing all aspects of the job. They were both cost efficient and timely. I highly recommend them.
