I dont really know where to start. Amazing team, they answer day and night for all the questions, very easy to deal with. Having hard time to recognize remodeled bathrooms, kitchen. They do great custom trim work as well. Cant go wrong with them I am very pleased. Higly recommended..

We hired NJ Renovations to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms. They did an amazing job from the first phone call until the last of the finishing touches were installed. They were very communicative and guiding throughout the process. The subs were all lined up perfectly so that there were no gaps between jobs and each sub was outstanding. The quality of work was great and the workers were clean and friendly. Best experience have ever had with home remodeling. Will hire their services again!

NJ Renovations did a remodel for one of my rental units in South Jersey. The unit had a long term tenant who had just vacated and needed major overhaul. we renovated the bathroom to include a modern tile floor and tub surround. Aviram had to lay additional floor joists and remove the rotten ones, and redo the sub floor-- a bigger job than I expected. NJ Renovations also changed out the carpets for luxury vinyl floor, installed new kitchen countertops, and refinished my cabinets. The pricing was very reasonable and the additional work was not a deal breaker. This team came in on time and on budget. I feel like I could have gotten a 5-10% cheaper handyman out there, but for the sake of my sanity, including knowing the job was done by a fully licensed and insured contractor, done right and done on time, it was well worth the price. I have learned over time that paying a little more for work, when the contractor comes highly recommended from other investors, is a big saving down the road. With this renovation, I am getting rents in excess of $400 a month over the previous rental. Well worth the investment.
