NI Corp did a great job in renovating my entire coop apartment in NYC: all ceilings, floors and 2 bathrooms (1,745 square feet). I really liked their approach to both the actual work and to how the client can interact with the lead person, Naim and their crew leader Julio. Their approach to the actual work is to pro-actively strive for precision and quality work, without my being on top of them. - They routinely pick out areas were the existing structure is off by a hair and repair it to straight clean lines. - At the same time, they communicate with the client both before and as the project is underway so as to make sure to take them into account each step of the way. - I am a total novice and they were very patient with me. I knew what I wanted but not how to do it in the real world. - They all patiently listened, gave advice and options but in the ended I was able to decided on every step of the process. I felt as though I was in charge This was not a cookie cutter, cut and paste process. I am very satisfied with the end results and feel that I built the project, as though it is my accomplishment.
