Norcon Consulting Group LTD

Matt and his team were excellent. He did his utmost to get the work done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Matt was highly recommended to us by a family member. We had a small renovation on the exterior of our home. We are so glad we hired Matt and and his crew to redo and complete the job. Matt presented a design idea and we are so glad he did. The completed job looks amazing and completes the overall look of our home. Matt was very professional and very personable. His crew that was onsite were equally professional and personable. Should we need any other renovations done, we would not hesitate to contact Matt again.

Working with Matt at Norcon Group has far exceeded my expectations. We had a very complicated house build that lasted almost 2 years and Matt paid attention to every detail and request we had. His ability to challenge his trades and research how to get things done out of the norm is what allowed us to build the beautiful house we did. Highly recommend Matt for any new builds or renovations.

Matt and his team at Norcon Consulting Group recently did full renovations on two of our bathrooms. We are completely satisfied with the quality of workmanship and with the end result. Matt was directly involved from the initial consultation and project design and I was really impressed with his onsite project manager Scott. There was an excellent level of communication throughout the project. They delivered on all levels and I highly recommend them .....I will be using them again for our next home improvement project.

We had a small project remodel of 2 rooms - laundry and bathroom - and Matt's team were perfect. Good advice on choosing floor tile, cabinets, trim, etc. Good communication re: work schedule and subcontractors work and installations were perfect. We were away for some of the work but no problems.

Our condo board engaged Norcon under the leadership of Matt Jesson to renovate the hallways for our 4 storey 21 unit complex with a budget of $100,000 for full renovation including, wall & ceiling repairs, removal and installation of chair rails and base boards, upgrade all lighting and new carpets. We were very happy to be in a position to select a quality organisation, where from the quote process to final contract Matt was very professional and knowledgeable to deal with. Bottom line he under promises and over delivers. His trades were very professional, courteous and onsite daily throughout the project. We fortunately had a volunteer project manager that worked directly with Matt so that he could complete the project in an efficient and effective manner. Our volunteer project manager praised Matt's professionalism and attention to details and client satisfaction. Our project was completed earlier than the expected time frame and was exactly as we budgeted. Any changes that were made along the way were painless and confirmed along the process so that there was no miscommunication. We had a very good experience with this project and we highly recommend Matt and his team for any project. You will not be disappointed.

We are happy to provide this letter of recommendation for Matt Jesson Norcon Consulting Group Ltd. Norcon was hired to renovate the bathroom in our main floor, including a new modern tiled shower. The job entailed framing, boarding, tile setting, plumbing, electrical and painting. Work was done on schedule and on budget and we were kept well informed at all times. Matt and his team undertook first class work and did everything we asked for to our satisfaction. Matt conducts himself in a very professional manner and is extremely reliable. We would highly recommend Matt & Norcon to anyone considering a renovation and we will certainly use him again for any of our future projects.

Matt was referred to us from our designer we met at the Vancouver Home Show. From our first meeting we felt confident and comfortable with Matt. He is very knowledgeable and professional and put us at ease about the scope of work we were getting done. He has an excellent resource of trades, all very nice to have around and got the work done in a timely manner. All the work was very high quality and completed within our budget. We are extremely happy with our renovations and would highly recommend Norcon Consulting to complete any project you are considering.

Our recent decision to hire Norcon to build a large music and games room proved to be very advantageous as we received high quality work which was completed in the promised time frame and within the allocated budget. From the initial meeting with our designer, through all the work done by each of the subtrades, until finishing up the final details, Matt was pleasant, honest and professional in all of his dealings. He has a highly qualified group of trades people who show up on time when he calls and he personally monitors the work carefully as it progresses. Things that are not done to his satisfaction get fixed very quickly. We appreciated the way Matt worked to anticipate and avoid potential problems. He listened carefully and offered valuable suggestions during all phases of our project.
