An additional feature is their utilization of a web based program that allows the contractor, subs, and clients to simultaneously keep track of every aspect of the project enhancing communication and efficiency. Northstate custom homes and Whit Honeycutt exceeded my expectations when I built my last home. The construction experience was was on schedule, provided a wealth of ideas and enhancements and at the end provided us with a magnificent home with superb quality.

North State is a great company if you want to build a high quality, well built home. It will be done right, on schedule with no cutting corners. Their ability to help us understand areas where we could save significant building costs with little effect on quality, and also where a small increase in building costs would produce a disproportionate improvement was fantastic. It made all the difference in our home. How many people do you talk with who still like their builder after the project is completed? We have been in our house for over a year and love all the folks at North State Customer Builders.
