I had an initial meeting with Sahar from NuHome Remodeling for an estimate of the work to be done. Though we ended up picking another remodel company, I want to leave a review for how good and professional Sahar was. His attention to detail was amazing and he did a detailed calculation on the spot to offer a competitive quote. We loved all their previous work pictures. He gave us sufficient time to make a decision and didn't pressure us into deciding anything on the spot. He gave a callback few days later and congratulated & wished us the best when we let him know we signed with another company. We were almost going to pick NuHome but the other company we signed with offered couple of extra items to match their quote and were available to start right away. I will definitely recommend Sahar and team to my friends!

I remodeled my kitchen with a complete gut and redo. I had some ideas about what I wanted and after consideration of several contractors, decided to go with NuHome because of all the great reviews they received. Nuhome was not the lowest price option but was comparable to other quotes I had received. Many previous reviews had mentioned Sagie was an excellent project manager so I stipulated in my contract that he manage my remodel. I was not disappointed. Sagie was very diligent and helpful from the beginning to the end of the remodel. His personnel were on time, professional, clean, and productive. I was given a designer who personally helped me pick out the cabinets, and the countertop and the team was persistent in getting me to order and have available all the appliances, lighting, flooring, paint and other items needed to keep the project on schedule. Nuhome agreed to complete the project in 42 calendar days. It could have been done in 28 days but I had some go-backs on some cabinet doors. In the end it took 37 days. Sagie was fantastic. He came pretty much every day to make sure the crew was onsite for demo, flooring, electrical, plumbing and paint. His crews were always on time, courteous, helpful, clean and professional. They covered the floors daily and curtained off the rest of the house when creating dust. They cleaned up everything every day. For a kitchen remodel, which is so intrusive into your life, Nuhome is a perfect contractor. You'll get what you pay for and be happy with the results.

I came in contact with NuHome Remodeling through [Sensitive Information Hidden]. I made an appointment to discuss the remodeling of both my bathrooms. NuHome assigned Sagie to meet with me. During my discussions with Sagie my gut instinct told me he was someone I could trust. I was so impressed with Sagie’s knowledge and thoroughness in explaining to me the process involved and his assurance that he would be in contact with me throughout the process that I decided to hire NuHome for additional home improvement projects. While NuHome was not the lowest quotes I received I decided to go with my gut instinct because I trusted Sagie who assured me his personal commitment to high quality work. Below is the list of home improvement projects that Sagie & his team from NuHome completed for me: 1. Remodeled Master Bathroom with a roll-in shower (I use a manual wheelchair). Worked with Sagie and his design team in a design that maximized the limited space we had to work with. Turned out great both in functionality and aesthetics. 2. Remodeled Hallway Bathroom by replacing bathtub with a walk-in shower and replacing pedestal sink with a new dual-sink vanity. My mother & 84 year old grandmother are in-love with the bathroom, especially the walk-in shower that is easy to get in and out of. 3. Replaced all my windows and sliding glass door with new double pane windows. The windows are beautiful and easy to open as well as the new sliding door. 4. Installed a new beautiful shingled roof with gutters. I'm totally ready for the rain as soon as we get out of this drought. 5. Painted the exterior of my home and I'm still getting compliments on its quality. In fact I've had strangers and neighbors approach me and asked if I was selling my home. Of course the answer is no...I love my home! From the beginning Sagie assured me NuHome’s commitment to customer satisfaction and said to call him if there were any problems with a job once completed and that he will send someone to correct it. Well it turned out that the toilet in the hallway bathroom was leaking from below. I texted Sagie in the early evening and the next morning he had someone at my home to fix it. I was very impressed with his quick response. All projects were completed in time. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the work. The timeliness in the completion of each of the projects, and how easy it was to work with Sagie and his team. My home was built in 1963 and now I feel like I'm living in a brand new home! I've worked with Guy on several projects over the years and I always come back to him as my first choice to quote a new project. Since I purchased my condo in 2019, I've redone both bathrooms and the kitchen, and my wife and I are getting ready to embark on our final minor remodel (window replacements, a closet door and a redesign of our fireplace), and are excited to again be working with Guy and the Nuhome team! The job we are about to start is fairly simple, but the past jobs (bathrooms and kitchen) definitely were not. As I'm sure anyone who has ever remodeled a condo is aware, it's especially important for your contractor to be licensed, bonded and adequately insured, because your HOA has to approve them. This has never been an issue with Guy and his team. Additionally, they are diligent about permitting and city inspection compliance, and are extremely good about finding a solution even when unexpected events occur. Both the bathroom and kitchen projects were finished on time and on budget, and the entire condo was left spotless by the time the crew departed. Guy works with an extremely pleasant and respectful team, and we have always been very comfortable having him and his crew in our home, even sometimes when we could not be there (as I travel a lot for work). You would be hard-pressed to find a more reasonable, hard-working and reliable team of people than the team at Nuhome, and Guy is by far my project manager of choice. They have my business for the foreseeable future, and I will look forward to writing a review once my next project concludes!

SIMPLY THE BEST! We set up several interviews with local contractors to remodel our 1980s kitchen, that's when we met Tony of Nuhome Remodeling. His honesty, integrity and faith in his company struck us as so genuine that we didn't hesitate to cancel the other interviews and hire Nuhome. That turned out to be the best decision we made and the results are absolutely stunning! They worked within our budget and went above and beyond, paying close attention to even the smallest details. Our project manager, Tony, told us from the outset that ""communication is key"" and true to his word he was always available to us to answer any questions or concerns and addressed everything in a very timely manner. If something needed to be changed Tony took care of it in a respectful and professional manner. All of the crew was amazing! They properly taped off the work area from the rest of the house and at the end of every work day each crew completely cleaned up and took away all debris so there was never any mess at our home. We really appreciated how extremely respectful all of the crews were to us and our home. The craftsmanship and quality of everything that was done is top notch (believe me when I say we are extremely picky) and we now have a beautiful custom kitchen that looks like it cost three times what our budget was. The whole experience had very minimal stress and was actually quite pleasurable! We are looking forward to working with Nuhome for other projects in our home and can honestly highly recommend them!

After 10 years living in my house I decided to renovate it. I pretty much remodeled the whole house: my kitchen, my fireplace, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the house. I met with 4 contractor firms and the one that stood out the most was NuHome Remodeling. We had a meeting with Tony who was the project manager. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He had a designer work with us and she made a 3D design and was able to show us how the house would look even before the remodel started which was AMAZING. It helped us decide what we wanted! NuHome Remodeling has an actual office instead of a PO Box like many other contractor firms. We received excellent customer service by the production team who was always helpful when we had questions regarding the project. Yes, their bid wasn't the cheapest but It was totally worth it. They were able to finish the project on time and they were always very professional. I would definitely recommend Tony and NuHome Remodeling!

November of 2020, I started calling around to get some quotes for remodeling my master bathroom. I'd set a budget and wanted to plan ahead to keep the project on track. I'd calculated that the best time for the work to begin would be February/March 2021. Some of the contractors I called turned me down because the work wouldn't be starting immediately. But when I called Nuhome Remodeling, the response couldn't have been more different. Right from our first meeting, project managers Guy and Sagie listened to my wish-list, got a sense of my aesthetic, and started making suggestions to realize my vision. Their advice about materials and 3D rendering of the design were especially reassuring for someone undertaking a remodel on this scale for the first time. The whole process has unfolded so smoothly. I've been kept in the loop every step of the way. Sagie in particular has stopped by regularly to make sure everything has been going to plan. The crew has been consistently on time, amazingly friendly and polite and very considerate in cleaning up at the end of each day. The team effort and spirit at Nuhome is truly outstanding -- everyone I've talked with has contributed to realizing this vision. Sagie and Guy are truly amazing! When my wife and I needed to hire a contractor to renovate our kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms we turned to Thumbtack for references. We needed a contractor whom we could trust and have confidence that the job will get done on time and within budget. We interviewed 3 companies but finally decided to go with Guy and Nuhome. They were not the cheapest bidder to be honest. But When deciding to do a project with substantial funds involved it came down to who we felt we could trust and have a good working relationship. We found that person in Guy. From beginning to end he helped us through the entire process from design concept to construction and finish. All the while keeping us constantly informed on the process through whatsapp. As with any project of this size there were hiccups along the way but his constant communication and helpful suggestions smoothed over the rough spots. Budget wise as I stated previously there were some unavoidable changes that had to be made but they were handled quickly and for a reasonable amount and we were able to stay within our time table. Overall we were exceptionally pleased with our experience with Guy and Nuhome. The finished product exceeded what we had envisioned for the project and my wife is very satisfied with the outcome so I'm satisfied.

Let me start this review by simply stating that NuHome Remodeling is absolutely awesome. My mother-in-law was in need of converting her master bathtub to a walk-in shower. We called a number of general contractors for estimates and NuHome was the most responsive. Eli, a NuHome Remodeling Project Manager, did the initial estimate. He was professional, attentive and helpful, listening to our list of "wants" for the project. After our initial appointment, Eli had the estimate completed within 24 hours. My mother-in-law decided on NuHome Remodeling, so Eli returned with the required paperwork and patiently explained everything to us. The project started exactly on schedule. The NuHome employees who arrived to demolish and remove the master bathtub were meticulous. They left the house spotless after they left. Each work day, NuHome personnel arrived early. If Eli did not come to the house, Amit, Eli’s assistant, was on-site everyday as was one of their field supervisors. We were in constant contact with Eli through a group chat. NuHome finished the project in the approximated time period. All of NuHome’s employees were a pleasure to work with. The completed remodel is absolutely stunning! NuHome converted the master bathtub into a walk-in, door-less shower, with tiled floors and walls, and a shampoo niche. The craftsmanship of all their employees was beyond belief. During my 60+ years on this earth, I have had the opportunity to deal with a lot of different contractors and tradesmen. I can honestly tell you that NuHome is the only general contractor I will use for any of my future projects and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

When they say, ""third time's a charm"" it's true. I thought I had been lucky with my first 2 remodels, until I met Guy. Never have I had such an enjoyable experience, working with someone. I learned from him, I was allowed to be creative, and I cannot be more pleased with the final results. From the moment I met Guy and NuHome Remodeling, he stood out from the other contractors from whom I asked bids. NuHome’s business model of providing all labor, getting permits and assisting/guiding you in purchasing building materials was the perfect fit for me. On my end, I was responsible for choosing/buying flooring, lighting, doors, etc. which I loved. Guy was always there, when I asked for help. He offered suggestions when he saw I was out of my depth. His happy, high energy kept the job at a quick pace. Total construction time for my amazing space was 1 1/2 months. Visitors are amazed that the space was filled with old furniture, vines and spiderwebs for over 17 years. My recommendation to anyone is that you give Guy a call. The exuberance Guy displays during the consultation is never-ending. Guy is a person who keeps his word and wants to see his clients happy. This is someone you want to work with. I do. I'm already planning for my next renovation.

We've had an ugly kitchen for the 15 years we have lived in our house. It was always a ""one day we will change it"" kind of thing. A slow leak under the sink made it a priority as everything needed to be replaced. I hired my parents' contractor, who does beautiful work. He came the first day, said he could get started in a month, and the price was right. What could go wrong? Literally a year later, he was still putting us off. Eventually I gave up and started searching. We interviewed three companies. It came down to two. I wanted to go with the other company, and my husband wanted to go with NuHome Remodeling. What cinched it for me was Tony. He asked me questions I hadn't thought about. He suggested ways to get more space. He answered all my questions and never once made me feel like I was bothering him. He also said that he could make our short deadline. Sold. Tony was on it. Work started shortly thereafter, Sagie, Tony’s assistant, came on board. A group chat was created so communication was always fast and easy. Sagie came by the house most days, and was always full of energy and happiness. Even my puppy fell in love with Sagie. Tony and Sagie continued to answer any and all questions, quickly, all through the process, morning and night. Workers showed up on time, were very friendly and respectful and were real craftsmen. They listened to my questions and when I needed to make decisions were very patient with me. Through the whole process I was advised what was going to happen and when - and it did! There were no major surprises and no major costs that were unexpected. We got what we asked for, how we asked for it, when we asked for it and at a price we agreed to. I am SO happy that we found NuHome, and particularly Tony and Sagie. "After meeting with several contractors, I chose Guy with Nuhome Remodeling for a 500 sq ft addition to my house. His bid was very reasonable, and after meeting with him I felt reassured that he knew my needs and that I could trust him with my project. I definitely made the right decision. We ran into a few snags along the way with permitting, because of some inconsistencies in the plans (not their fault, I already had the plans before I hired them). Guy took care of working with the city and the engineer to straighten it all out. He was very good at communicating with me, and keeping me up to date on what was going on. One of my biggest concerns in doing the addition was bugs - I really can't stand them, and was worried about having parts of my house opened up while they were working on the addition. Guy went above and beyond to satisfy me at all times that everything was sealed up, scheduling work however he could to make me the most comfortable. Even if my bug fears weren't really warranted, Guy understood and worked with me at every turn, always with a smile. As for the quality of the work, it is excellent. I am so happy with my new room - it turned out just like I imagined it. And if there were any little things that weren't exactly how I wanted them, Guy always took care of them, never stopping until I was satisfied. Guy, from NuHome Remodeling, led our house renovation project over a period of five weeks. Guy and his team were responsive, professional and accommodating of our requirements - from the initial estimate meeting up to the finish of the project. We even added items to the original scope, along the way, and they were still able to complete on time and on budget. As the project came to an end, we had to do a detailed quality check ourselves, but once we pointed out any outstanding finishes, they finished the job to perfection. We would definitely work with Guy and team again for any future renovation needs.

Tony is the best contractor I have ever dealt with.Period. I had plenty of questions, concerns and special requests and he was always responsive and understanding of those. It's as if he treated my bathroom remodel as his personal bathroom remodel, emphasizing every single detail and staying true to the promise of his timing. Even went something went wrong (due to 3rd party vendor) Tony used his connections to fix the issue and make it better. He's the best in the business, simply put. I hired NuHome for my 2 bathroom remodeling project. I interviewed 4 copmanies and Sagie with nuhome stood out the most, he sounded like he knows his business and he gave us the confidence we needed to move forward. NuHome did an outstanding job to ensure all went well with our bathroom remodeling. The old bathroom we had was very small and was in bad shape. After we had the initial consultation with them, they coordinated everything with their designer to make sure we were ok with the plan and showing us the renderings really helped. This type of work is challenging. It required a lot of expertise and patience, and this company definitely was on top of their stuff. We are enjoying our new spacious bathroom. We just finished a bathroom remodel with NuHome. Tony was our project manager and from the very first meeting Tony was just fantastic. He listened to our fuzzy ideas and asked great clarifying questions to focus on what we really wanted. This is our first remodel experience and he made it wonderful and easy. He really walked us through the process the whole way and helped us to make smart decisions. Our final inspection was yesterday and the bathroom is just perfect. The work quality was fabulous and the team of workers were always polite, conscientious, and hard working. I got the house in San Carlos 2 years ago after my mother passed away. It was rented until about a year ago when covid peaked and was left in a terrible condition, it was a real disaster. After that my brother and I decided to sell the house. Our realtor advised us to fix the issues and remodel the house before we put it on the market, he was also the one who referred Nuhome remodeling to us. He said he had several projects with them and they were all a great experience. We still met with 3 other companies and decided to move forward with nuhome. Guy was our project manager and he did sound the most knowledgeable and professional out of the bunch, i felt he had the experience and i liked how straight to the point he is. Their quote was the 2nd highest but I didn't mind paying extra for peace of mind, and i got it. Our project was extensive but luckily our we didn't need blueprints for this project which saved us some time and money. We changed all the plumbing, electrical and floors, we remodeled the 2.5 bathrooms and the kitchen, redid the roof and added insulation. (we also added a/c but with a different company). Guy and Anne (the designer) helped us with choosing material, helped us with contractor discounts in showrooms and also provided great renderings. All in all other than some delays in deliveries the process went smooth and I enjoyed it. Once the jobs started there were no stops, they moved quickly and passed all the inspections. i received photos and updates on a daily basis and was very happy about it. The result is great, I was so anxious to see how it will all look like I flew in a couple days early. I wasn't disappointed to say the least. Guy and his crew are really professional, creative and amazing to work with. What really stood out is that everything Guy promised he delivered, which to me was the x factor. I met many who promised the world to you before but rarely the ones who also live up to it. Im grateful for the great service and beautiful outcome, also for not exceeding budget. I have been working with Guy and his team for nearly a year now. I have remodeled one side of my house so far and we are starting phase 2. I am a very meticulous person and it can be very difficult for me at times to get to the ultimate perfection. With Guy it has been such a relief. He has helped along the way and has always been available at any given time- and I mean ANY GIVEN TIME. More importantly Guy and his whole crew have given their all and I must say its very very Impressive! I am so happy and excited to start part 2. We looked for more than 8 months for a contractor to do a kitchen remodel for us. Obviously we are not good at making decisions. Tony was our project manager and when he came to see us he promised us plenty of things. One was that the quoted price is what we would pay, so we took a leap. Bottom line is we truly have the kitchen and dining area of our dreams. I was quoted 2 months for the job and it was finished in 6 weeks. We got semi custom cabinets and the quality is great. All with soft closing and pull out drawers. They did everything I asked even when I kept changing the placement of lights and electrical. They did not stop till I was completely satisfied . Tony was extremely patient with me. I am very picky and expect things to be perfect. Tony made it happen. Thanks Tony and all Nuhome remodeling staff, you were really great to work with.

I called Nuhome remodeling to come give me an estimate for my kitchen. Guy came out and we clicked immediately! He was very professional, wearing mask and shoe covers, he listened to me unlike some other contractors who just told me what to do. He took the time (2 hours) to answer all my questions and I felt I'm in good hands. Once, we moved forward they took care of everything, They're designer Allen helped me pick all the finishes and made amazing 3D models, Guy was working with the city to get the permits and the entire team just did a great job. They made sure the floors are covered and the entry ways had these plastic drapes to prevent dust. The progress was smooth, all inspections passed the first time and they finished in 5 weeks as Guy planned. They also sent a cleaning crew that did a great job. My kitchen looks amazing, it's exactly what I wanted, So happy :)

I just wanted to thank you guys for your amazing job! when I attempted this project, I was very stressed about starting remodeling my home. I desired to update my kitchen and two bathrooms at my house. Before, reviewed 5 other construction companies and then I found NuHome and none of them were as informative and helpful as them. My representative and project manager was Tony, and he had the patience to clarify and explaining how this process is getting done. When I spoke to the other companies, I almost didn't want to proceed. My neighbor recommended me about them, because I loved what they did to her kitchen. They assigned me with an interior designer which provided me design layouts to select, materials and followed step by step with me through the whole process. Once I met with Tony, I had the confident that this is who I'll be working with. He's very passionate about his job, and he showed me many samples of his work. Even with COVID, the remodel was done smoothly. He was always available for my call and questions, even if it was late at night. The stuff was super professional and cleaned up after themselves. I really appreciate their hard work, their service is definitely outstanding, and I would recommend to anyone who's asking to renovate his house, about NuHome remodeling.

Tony and his team did an excellent job . They expanded my master bedroom including the bathroom and a walk in closet. I am not the easiest customer.
