I would not recommend this contractor for even the smallest job. We hired them for a bathroom remodel, laying Pergo floor in our bedroom and ordering and installing Pella windows. Both the windows and the bathroom remodel were supposed to start in September and be done by Thanksgiving. However, by December 29th, when we ended our relationship with the company, it was still not finished. Between orders being placed incorrectly, poor communication between the workers and management and several redos because work was done poorly, it was a nightmare. We had to go all the way up to the regional manager at Pella to force Artisian to redo the exterior of each of the 5 windows they installed. Once they had our 50% deposit, they began the 3.5 month fiasco by telling us they were behind on a basement they were finishing. The project manager advised we move out of our bedroom and everything out of our closets 3 weeks before it was necessary, which made the whole experience even worse. Unprofessionalism, excuses, and missed deadlines finally compelled us to terminate the relationship and just make a final payment. Though the final tweaks were not complete, we realized we'd rather pay someone else to finish than continue dealing with this company.

Artisian Construction made removal and replacement of my deck an easy process. The Artisian staff were helpful in the estimating process and the construction staff rebuilt our deck like they were building it at their own home in terms of care and detail. Overall it was a good experience with this builder.

Artisian is just a FANTISTIC, FANTISTIC, FANTISTIC...construction company which takes great pride in what they do. Denny was great in helping me with the design of my deck and the selection of materials used. I can't say enough about his crew who are such awesome people, John, Mike, Pete and Tommy. I did contact other companies prior to Artisian. The first company I contacted that constructs decks exclusively told me that it would be too costly and time consuming to design the deck the way that I wanted it designed (placement of floor boards on different angles vs. all horizontal or all vertical). The sales person tried talking me into a design I was not interested in. The other company showed no enthusiasm so I am thankful to have found Artisian. Love my deck lights! I am receiving so many compliments on my new deck! Also, the delivery company Artisian used to deliver the materials I was very pleased with. I am excited to get started with my next project! I just hired Artisian Construction for renovation project to kitchen/dining/bath. Dennis and Brian were awesome right from the start. The took a ton of time up front with my wife and I to go over our entire project and offer great solutions to some unique issues that we had. Ultimately we were able to get exactly the design we were looking for at the budget we could afford. We start demo in early March and we can't wait.

Artisian is an excellent company to work with. I ordered quartz counter tops and at the last minute I changed my mind about the color. Artisian was able to push the order through so I could get them in by Labor Day but when I realized I didn't like the color at all, Denny ( the contractor ) was able to get a stop/hold on the quartz until I made up my mind. He was very patient because it took me a whole month of living with samples to make up my mind. Artisian made me feel like a valuable customer and I highly recommend them.

The entire outside of our house was originally the old pressed board type siding which was beginning to rot. New brick was added all the way around the house from the ground to about 4 feet up, then vinyl siding was added all the way around, with new aluminum trim around the windows and new gutters. Also had the roof completely stripped down and redone. Denny and his team from Artisian Construction are very detail oriented and came up with some great ideas that we had not originally thought of. We love the final project and recommend Artisian Construction very highly.

We currently purchase products from Eco Outlet and their customer service along with product knowledge is second to none. We are very honored to work with someone of such high integrety. If they don't have the answer or can't solve the problem they send you to a place that doe's or can. We highly recommend them to anyone in the wood industry from homeowners to saw mills. Bob C.O.I.

Excellent Work and quality of the materials. I have known Mr. Rossi for several years and his work ethic is 100%. Even early in his career His work ethic stood out. What I like about his business is the fact that he is a great consultant and has the vision as the client sees it. Which makes that a plus. I would recommened his business to everyone.
