I had a stucco job done by One Construction and honestly could’ve have picked anyone better. Provided quality work at a very reasonable price!

Had a sidewalk violation from city. It was a lamdmark property and had bluestones in the sidewalk. One construction helped me with that professionally first by pulling the required permit really fast and do the repairs and also helped me signing off the permit. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!

Last Summer I hired One Construction Development Inc. for replacing the shingle roof of my house in Queens. I had severe leaks in the roof and I called Sheraz after hours as a friend had recommended him. He showed up the next morning and provided an assessment and a reasonable estimate right then and there. So we ending up hiring him and he started on the job next day. Sheraz and his team did a great job leaving us as happy customers. I highly recommend them. 5 Strars!!

One construction built our dream house. They helped us through the initial planning through construction until completion. They handled the architect, city, sub contractors for us so we could focus on our thing. They were really professional. I would highly recommend them for any new construction project. I would say they’re the best custom home builders in Staten Island. Thank you!

We called them for concrete in the backyard. They completed it in a very fast and professional manner. The price was reasonable and quality of the work was above expectations. I would highly recommend them for any of your concrete needs.

Sheraz helped me with the new house I bought. A lot of brickwork, pavers and concrete needed to be done for my facade, porch, backyard, and sidewalk. He was a one stop solution for me as he handled everything for us for a very competitive price. He was experienced and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend him for any of your concrete, brick or pavers work. This summer I’m calling him again for my stucco siding.
