Your complaint states that there is water running at your feet while taking a shower which is very expected, especially with a high gallon per minute set like yours. It is impossible to determine the water flow/direction and which way will it run while the water is running. As soon as you turn off the water it all drains instantly. All four corners of your shower slope directly to the drain. As showing in our timed video showing the whole cycle of the water.
When we heard you had an issue with your shower we were there for at least an hour trying to find any problem, but as we discussed there was not a problem.
We take extreme pride of our work and always willing to fix any problems regardless of how costly it might be. We even offered you to redo your floor tile but you will still have the same thing happening, simply because water will run on your shower floor while showering. Being confident in our work, we offered you to hire a 3rd party inspector to determine if there is actually a problem but you decided not to.
We’ve walked through your project at least 4 different times to make sure you had no comments or concerns before completion, you and carol were very pleased with everything before we left and even wrote us an excellent online review.
Once again, if you ever had any issue with your shower we will fix it at no cost to you because we back our work 100% and we are always making our clients extremely happy before we leave their house.
