As a landscape architect I have had the opportunity to work with Otis on designing the landscape at his personal residence and at the residential estate level. Otis was the prime on the project and expertly managed all disciplines during the design and installation phases. I especially appreciate his ability to deal with ' not your run of the mill conditions' that may arise from the location of the property, site conditions, design and materials, or demands of the client, that may be outside the box.
