Ottawa Home Contractors Ltd.

I really appreciated them coming out to my house the same day we called. Excellent service. Will definitely use them again

Ali and his crew did a fantastic job renovating our 3 bathrooms. The crew was very respectful and the end result is beautiful. It is very important to Ali to make sure his customers are happy. He is very responsive and is a pleasure to work with.

Dastjerdi Ltd. is a company that has restored my faith in contractors. He came to my home to tile a 6X8 bathroom (a job I struggled to find anyone to do). He was prompt with both his work and communications. He even prompted follow-up communications. He answered all my questions and even anticipated some of the ones that I might have. He was really clear about the work he was going to do versus what I had to do (ex: I was responsible for choosing and buying my tile). This made me feel at ease. He was also flexible as after the initial consult, I asked if heated floors could also be done and the appropriate changes were made to the estimate and timeline. At the end of the job, he left me with clear instructions and showed me all the work that had been done (He even caulked around my bathtub, because he saw it needed to be done). I would choose them again for my next renovation project.

Mr. Ali Dastjerdi was my contractor and recently completed a successful renovation for me where he renovated the basement unit of my house in Ottawa for occupancy as a secondary unit. He was able to interpret the architectural drawings prepared by an Architect as well as the design/code requirements stipulated by the City of Ottawa and ensured that the repairs and renovations required were undertaken. He was also routinely present for progress inspections by City officials and offered valuable perspectives on the progress of the contract and how best to achieve the desired solution. Overall - I was satisfied with his delivery and performance and recommend him as a contractor.

The firm has completed two home projects for me. I am pleased with the results for the reconfiguration of two closets and with a painting job involving three colours and trim work. DBK
