We recently had our kitchen and bathroom renovated by Pat McCarthy Renovations, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, respectful, and incredibly efficient. The project was completed on time and on budget, which is a rarity in renovations. Pat and his team were clear and transparent about the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way. Their communication was top-notch, and we always felt confident about what was happening. They also did an excellent job keeping the job site clean, which made a huge difference during what could have been a chaotic time. The tradespeople they worked with were highly skilled, and the quality of work is evident in every detail. The end result is even better than we could have imagined! Our new space is beautiful, functional, and something we look forward to enjoying for years to come. We highly recommend Pat McCarthy Renovations to anyone considering a renovation project. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation! Everyone we dealt with from ownership, admin, construction team and sub-contractors were great! We love our new bathrooms and are so happy we chose a great contractor who was able to make our bathroom dreams a reality!

Jan - Apr 2023 (original review never posted) Pat, Shawn and team completed a main floor/kitchen renovation in our home. There is not one negative comment to be made. The entire experience was seemless because of the utmost professional service Pat McCarthy Renovations provided. Incredible craftmenship and problem solving. My renovation involved the gutting of my master bedroom bathroom and installing a beautiful customized shower , heated tile floor , custom granite topped cabinets and top of the line plumbing fixtures. McCarthy renovations did an excellent job and their workmanship exceeded expectations. The workers were very professional and respectful as we were at home during most of the renovations. Unexpected issues arose which they do when renovating an older home and in our case , a townhouse. The challenges discussed with me and solutions found . Great communication and by using the app, could see daily tasks completed when we were out of town for a month Highly recommend Pat McCarthy!

Pat McCarthy Renovations transformed the deck and extension of my house. Before the project, both were disintegrating, and gradually transitioning toward collapse. Inside the extension was dark and gloomy. The crew did a fast and excellent job putting in proper footings, building a new deck to last, creating a space full of light and warmth. One of the crew, knowing my tastes, suggested the interior paint colour that now makes me happy every morning as I watch the backyard birds through large windows. The project manager, knowing my tastes, recommended the real maple flooring that is impervious even to me and my pets, and looks fantastic. One of the crew landscaped the area around the foot of the deck stairs, and that small touch makes the deck more inviting. Pat McCarthy Renovations were great the whole way through the project, taking care of all the many permits and keeping me in the loop about schedule, working together to make design decisions, and keeping everything within my strict budget limits. I'll certainly enlist the services of Pat McCarthy Renos again, down the road, if/when I need work done to my house.

Pat and his team were amazing. From the initial meeting to the finished project we had a wonderful experience. I was at a loss on what to do to fix a leak and increase ventilation in our attic. We couldn't be more thrilled with our gorgeous new kitchen and addition. From communication, to budgeting, to timetabling, to craftsmanship, Pat, Shawn, Anthony, Ian, Kyle, and Richard (sorry if we missed anyone!) are a spectacular and responsive team who managed a few surprises with grace. (Asbestos!) They gave terrific attention to detail, including finding a specialist painter to recreate the original trompe l'oeil finish on some wood trim. Next level! And there was zero hesitation about correcting a couple of small deficiencies. As a bonus, they left the worksite tidy every day. Thanks so much to you all for a fantastic reno!
