Hired to replace wood on top of rails of deck. In addition build rail for steps. Wood used was low grade, corners not mitered properly ends and edges of wood left unfinished, some wood splitting, top of rail on bottom sticking up approx a foot for no apparent reason, top of wood not capped, and nail holes in aluminum siding and one into trim. Downspout scratched up and dented. Reply when these issues pointed out was "that's how I make all decks" Sad. Poor workmanship and no attempt to correct my concerns. Left saw dust on deck and had to be asked to return moved items back to proper place.

The owner was so nice, sat with me and helped design my bathroom. He was very sympathetic with what I needed and wanted. When he was done he cleaned up all the mess. Biv's Bathrooms was very reasonable with their prices. Overall I give this company 5 stars.

We recently had our Master Bath renovated. We interviewed many contractors, and our choice to have Brandon and the team at Platinum Blue Builders handle the job was simply the best. I signed a contract with Platinum Blue Builders in May 2021. I was told that my project would start in August 2021. August came and went and I had to continually reach out to get updates as to when he was going to start. My contract was to remodel my full bathroom and kitchen, renovate my powder room, and finish my basement. During each project they would start maybe at 10AM and rarely worked a full week at time on any of my projects. He began mid-October and by the end December he only completed the full bathroom and powder room. Both rooms had drywall tape visible that I needed to fixed. The powder room still is not painted in the corner by the vanity and has paint on the base board. The work is sloppy. I was told that they would build a linen closet and when I asked about it he denied saying and did not do it. He said he would pay for one and didn't purchase one for me. The next project completed was my basement even though my kitchen would require access to pipes, etc. found int he basement. My steps to the basement have carpet on them and was told he would do the steps. He finished the basement and said "I don't do carpet." The quality of work in my basement is poor. The flooring was not put in well and clicks every time we walk on it. Although, the contract was for me to pay in 1/3 at sign of contract, 1/3 upon start and 1/3 completion, he billed me after each project. They started my kitchen and I only owed him $4200. I was told once they started my kitchen they would be out working on my project everyday. I have two young kids and not having a kitchen is very disruptive to the family. After a month of starting the kitchen the crew was only at the house four times and the kitchen looked the same (demolished). Communication was awful and at times he would not respond to my questions/texts/concerns and not show up when he said he would. Unfortunately, I had to end my contract when communication was poor, he was unresponsive to our concerns, and provided poor quality work. He started to put my cabinets up and had not finished the drywall, nor put our floor in. He told me all materials were paid for and I found out my countertops were not paid ford. He did not reimburse for the labor that I apparently prepaid since I only owed him $4200 and that is what I had to pay for my countertops.

Brandon was very personable and was able to quote the project the day he called me and showed up the next day to complete a small painting project I had. He showed up exactly when he said he would and was courteous and respectful. He and Robbie did great work for a fair price.

Brandon was very professional and personable. In addition to the painting he was hired for he was kind enough to put together my furniture. I was very pleased with the work he did.

We used Brandon on many jobs in our house. He excellent in figuring out what works best for the situation. He redid out bathroom. My daughter pulled the towel rack off the wall. He fixed the dry wall and pulled up our old tile and put in new plumbing and vanity and medicine cabinet. He was timely efficient and no surprise cost. He stands by his word and is knowledgeable about his craft. He will be redoing our bathroom at our new house.

Most all projects completed in a timely manor. This contractor strives to complete each project in a pristine manor. This builder is knowledgeable and current
