Paul Lopa has a successful background in building and designing his own homes on spec. He began his construction career as a part owner with his family in a custom home building company on Staten Island. More than 30 homes designed, built and sold are a testament to his skills of management, designing, budgeting and his ability to get the project done. This allows Paul Lopa Designs the necessary experience to bridge the gap between builder and designer for his clients, from breaking ground to your hand selected paint colors we put on your walls.
