Ciro and his team did an incredible job on our new house! We renovated the full kitchen, living room, powder room, guest bathroom and primary bedroom/bathroom and it was all done really well by Peluso. We're currently living in the newly renovated home and love it!

My wife and I hired Peluso Construction to complete a large addition and substantial renovation of our existing home. We added a master suite, garage, deck and covered patio while taking the house down to the studs on 50% of the existing home. When you get yourself into something that represents what we knew would be a large personal undertaking, it was important for us to find someone that was first and foremost reliable and honest, followed very closely behind by someone who could perform high quality work with fair terms. I’d be lying if I was positive at the time that Ciro would fit all those criteria (it was my first time working with him), but it became clear very early on that not only did we make a good decision, but we probably made the best decision possible, at least in our situation. As far as quality, Ciro’s network of contractors are all professional and their craftmanship is evident, no doubt a product of Ciro and the team crafting a solid and core base of subs over the last number of years. The one time a portion of the corner tiles in the bathroom were ever so slightly misaligned, Ciro immediately had his tile contractor rip it out and re-do it to his exacting standards. His in-house crew of Carlos, Jose and Francesca take immense pride in what they do, and it's obvious each and every day they come to work. Meticulous in the work they do, a slight detail out of place annoys them more so than it would any of their customers, and its fixed almost as quickly as it was noticed. The entire team communicates well - they were transparent throughout the entire process so there are no surprises or unknowns. If you are looking for reliability, know that Ciro and Carlos were at my house two weeks ago to repair caulk that settled, tighten up some fixtures, etc. That’s March of 2023, and the project was completed and paid in August of 2022. He’s not going anywhere and you can count on him and his team to do right by his customers. I’ve already recommended Ciro and Peluso Construction on a number of occasions and will continue to do so. I expect it won’t be too long before I come to him for our next project.

Peluso Construction was an absolutely wonderful team to work with. From professionalism to availability, expenses, time lines and everything in-between, Ciro and his team were amazing and always present and in contact with what was happening on a daily basis. They were efficient, on top of everything and managed to finish earlier than projected so our addition (upstairs bedroom) would be complete for the Christmas holiday. All the additional people that worked alongside Peluso (electricians, heating, flooring etc) were equally as wonderful, which shows how truly dedicated they are to making your vision come to your life in the most professional way. We contacted Peluso Construction after a tree damaged our deck. They helped us with the insurance process with estimates in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to messages and to answer questions and concerns throughout the process. They demolished the old deck and built a new and improved deck for us. We added a privacy wall to the deck during the construction. We showed them a picture from the internet and they did an amazing job recreating it from the picture. The crew was professional and talented. We love our new deck. We highly recommend them and plan to use them again.

I've waited a long time to have my deck replaced due to sticker shock, and then the pandemic, but it is finally here and I couldn't be happier with the final result! It is gorgeous. Ciro gave me exactly what I wanted: the particular Trex decking I chose, and an upgraded railing that we changed up to. He listened to what I wanted and helped make the right choices for the look I was going for, keeping budget in mind. The final cost was the same as the estimate, aside from the upgraded railing that I decided was worth it, and it also included some 'no charges' that he threw in along the way. His professional staff arrives daily, ready to work - they are considerate of your lifestyle, moving cars as needed for us to come and go. Once they start the job, they were here every day (except for rain) until the job was complete. They were very appreciative of the cold drinks I provided and they thanked me daily : ) I am currently working with them on an estimate for another project that came up. Peluso Construction did a fantastic job with an unusual project I requested; a custom built high-end mini stable for my horses. They took the project on during a time where there are difficulties and delays in construction, and they came through with a beautiful finished product in a very timely and professional manner. Ciro and his team provided exceptional service. He is very responsive and detail-oriented. Every part of the kitchen was inspected prior to completing the job. The timeline developed before starting the kitchen was followed. Everyday there was some work being done in the kitchen so you could see consistent progress. Peluso Construction built us a deck that replaced a 32 year old rotted deck. One method to assess quality workmanship is to look at how much attention is paid to the small details that go in to any project. We built a Trex deck. Ciro Peluso was on site daily. He insisted that screw holes be plugged so that the grain of the plug match the grain of the deck board. The plugs almost disappear. In addition, each of three sections of boards line up exactly across the entire deck. A span of almost 40 feet. Craftsmanship was evident in the details. Quality work was assured at every phase of the project. Working with Ciro was easy. He makes your thinking become reality. Top quality work by a top quality contractor.

We hired Peluso Construction to tear down our 25+ year old wood deck and replace it with a composite deck of the same size. We requested some special features such as a roof over a portion of the deck, grill bump out and underdecking to keep the space below the deck dry. Ciro, the owner, was incredibly helpful in providing opinions on everything from the types of composite decking that were available, designs and styling, acquiring permits and interacting with the architect. A very smooth process and would definitely use again on our next project.

When we purchased our house, it had an old deck which was not compliant with building code and could not easily be fixed. We contacted Peluso Construction and Mr. Peluso suggested replacing with a simpler, more contemporary deck which complimented our patio and garden. His design incorporated all our desires (covered roof left intact, cedar decking) and the deck turned out beautifully. The carpenter’s craftsmanship and attention to detail (dealing with old house issues such as old faucets and basement windows in odd places) is also noteworthy. We were very pleased and recommend this company without reservation.

Ciro was amazing! He is not only skilled himself but he knows the right people to get a job done. He kept everything on schedule. He was very patient when I didn’t know how to proceed. I got estimates from about 6 companies for a bedroom and deck addition. Ciro immediately impressed me as different. I didn't have the usual feeling of being hustled, he even gave me some design ideas for free off the top of his head. When he also happened to come in at the lowest price, I wondered if it was too good to be true. But I went with my instincts and I'm glad I did. From start to finish Ciro and his crew were awesome.
