We hired Peterson Homebuilders to build our home three years ago. They did an outstanding job on our house and three years later, it is just as wonderful as it was when we first moved in. DC Peterson, the owner and job site foreman, was there daily and took a hands-on approach to insure everything was built to his high standards (and ours). We still wouldn't change anything about our home. From the outside landscaping, to the insulation in the attic, they built a top-notch home that we will be proud to grow old in. He had no problem with me being on site weekly and accessing the progress. Change orders were simple and he did not overcharge us for them like our builders in the past. They have an excellent network of contractors who were polite, respectful, and knew exactly what they were doing to provide a cohesive and high quality product. There was not the traditional bickering that can occur when different contractors get in each other's way. I think this is a direct example of the Peterson style of atmosphere they establish for their home sites. We would not hesitate to hire Peterson Homebuilders again if we ever needed to move for some reason and we recommend them to all our friend's looking to build a custom home.

I had the opportunity to work with Peterson Homebuilders as one of the designers on board for an ASID (America Society of Interior Designers) Show House in 2013. Working with D.C. Peterson and his work team was a pleasant and easy experience; their communication skills were top notch, Sara and Karen were knowledgeable of the many trade products and their diligence of staying on top of things ultimately led to a beautiful and clean finished product.
