Petrone Construction was hired to install replacement windows and siding on my house I was preparing for sale. He offered a competitive bid, met all deadlines, and delivered a quality product. He respected the property and left it in great condition. I have recommended him to others. Contact him if you want to do a drive by to see the work.

There are three things I look for when hiring a contractor : integrity, honesty and a fair price for the work done. Ron Petrone meets all three. He arrives on time, gives you good solid ideas for your project and the delivers on his work. The site is left spotless and he will fix anything that is not to your liking... which happened only once and he fixed it without an afterthought. I currently am having him repair/replace front porch and I will most likely will be out of the country when he starts the project. That is how much I trust him and his work. He replaced my back steps in 2014. PVC materials, clear red Cidar bannister with metal stringers... Love it.

Petrone Construction completed renovations to a residence I own in Portland, He replaced all windows, shingled roof, and applied vinyl siding to the house and detached garage. He met his promised timetable and budget, used high quality materials. After completion of the project, his follow up for a few minor touchups/adjustments was prompt. He left the house and grounds in good shape. I would use his services again.

I hired Petrone Construction several times during the past 4 years. The latest project was a 37 by 12 foot deck, with a 4 foot railing. Petrone Construction also did the deck design. Ron Petrone did a superb job in meeting our families needs: He did research on finding the best price on a sustainable hardwood and created a beautiful deck for our family of 7; including an outdoor shower, a covered area and built ins for planters. We spent the entire summer on the deck! Petrone Construction also built us a 1000 square foot addition, 3 stories high. It includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling, a built in window seat and french doors leading out to our deck. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower, with a custom made, walk in closet, complete with multiple drawers and hanging spaces. Although we provided Ron with blueprints, created by an architect, he was open to changing the design as the project progressed. Although that cost us more money it was worth it. We are so happy with our addition! Petrone Construction has been a real pleasure to work with. They provided excellent customer service in that they returned calls in a timely manner, were consisitently respectful and always on time. They even cleaned up after themselves!
