Petry Design & Build is a high quality, dependable family owned company. Dan and Alexis listened to what we wanted, designed it beautifully, and then completed it beyond our expectations! They offered guidance and really took care of our family’s biggest investment. They were a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them!

Dan and Alexis were truly amazing to work with! They built a high quality home that we’re proud to live in. We found them through friends that they had built for and we were not disappointed! Dan and Alexis made our house dreams come true!! My Husband and I lived in our house for 5 years trying to decide how we could make it our dream house. We both thought the only option would be to knock it down and start over. Then Alexis used her amazing design skills and showed us the possibilities our little house had. We really enjoyed working with Dan, Alexis, and their crew while renovating our living room, dining room, and kitchen. Dan followed the process as described on their website and Alexis was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping to design our kitchen. We chose Petry Design to do a complete renovation of our master bathroom, and it turned out beautiful. Both Dan and Alexis were very professional and accommodating through out the entire process. We highly recommend Petry Design & Build. Dan and Alexis are an excellent design and build team. Our project was a complete main floor update and remodel. We also had our deck and screen porch rebuilt as well as a front porch update. Dan and Alexis were very knowledgeable and creative to make our requests a reality. Alexis tweaked her beautiful design to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. They were also very patient and helpful with us as so many decisions had to be made and when we wanted things changed, they made it happen to the best of their ability. Our project stayed on budget unless we made additions outside of our original plan and Dan kept us on schedule to finish on time. Although they had other projects going (some even bigger), we always felt like we were the most important job. Both Alexis and Dan responded promptly to all communication and kept us informed of our weekly sometimes daily schedule. Their site managers and all their sub contractors were courteous and did fine work especially their carpenter and site manager, Daniel. We absolutely love our "new" home. It turned out beautifully!!!!!!

We could not be happier with our choice to hire Petry Design & Build for our kitchen re-model. My wife met with nearly a dozen contractors and immediately felt the most comfortable with Dan and Alexis. They were open and honest every step up the way and there were no surprises. They will work with you to design exactly what you want, and then ensure that is exactly what is created. Additionally, every sub-contractor they work with and had at our house was courteous and professional to our entire family. My husband and I will usually take on renovations ourselves, but when we purchased this 1885 home we knew we were way over our heads. In addition to Dan and Alexis, Petry design and build uses only the best sub contractors and site managers for their projects. I was always able to reached them, and always put my mind at ease even when I thought it was a major issue. They are proficient, meticulous, and always calm. It was an absolute pleasure working with Dan and Alexis for our master bathroom remodel. They truly heard our desires and brought it all into fruition. They were flexible with our edits and additions, but still stayed true to the timeline they set (6wks). They were very professional and we felt comfortable and safe having them come in our home even when we were not there. The work was top notch. We are already planning to hire them again for our upcoming kitchen remodel too!

Our goal was to find a partnership with a company that took as much pride in their work as we did in our home. From the start, Dan and Alexis were highly professional, detailing the process for the remodel, offering an estimate, and going over the contract. They completely re-designed, gutted, and re-built our master bathroom. They were very upfront about the cost and allowed for collaboration to match my style and needs. Alexis made creative suggestions on the overall design that improved the bathrooms aesthetics and functionality. Once construction started, Dan provided detailed updates on the progress, calendar, for completion, and estimates on the cost-to-completion. Dan’s crew and the subcontractors he uses were all very professional and did great work. There were a lot of moving parts involved in this project (including some last-minute changes that we asked for) and Dan was organized, efficient, and on top of everything so that we didn’t have to worry about coordinating anything at all. The project finished on time and on budget! We absolutely love our new space and Petry Design & build has our highest recommendation!
