My wife and I are very picky....we can't fix that, but we can say that we enjoyed working with Phil to the point that we have done three large remodels with him. Even with all of the surprises in doing any remodel, and working around 3 dogs and 2 crazy changing professional schedule.....and even living in the houses while 2 remodels happened we actually enjoyed the process more than we ever expected. Phil had great crews who went beyond the expected and they all managed our pickiness to our delight. We are thinking about building a new house and Phil will be our first call.

Phil has a way of treating clients that creates a unique relationship unlike I've ever seen the construction industry. He has had clients for years and they become great friends. Phil Kline contracted and managed a large scale gut and remodel of a historic Sausalito residence for me and my family in 2001. This project was a year-long, extensive tear out, re-design and rebuild of a 4,700 square foot residence on a challenging upslope lot. The project outcome was absolutely stunning and resulted in the significant increase in livability and value of this property! I would hire (and I have) Mr. Kine again and again.
