Mikey, Dan, Amir and their team were professionals! my project was to paint my house, replace the front door and garage window. their paint crew showed up as scheduled, repaired peeling and cracking old paint, fixed what needed to be fixed! their door and window guy specialized in just doors and windows. the termite crew inspected and treated my house! each aspect of my project that was professionally completed. i enjoy looking at my house (and so do my neighbors!). i felt like their team took care of my home, and they made this process worry-free - there was communication before, during, and after the project! thank you very much, Pinnacle DNB!

Mikey, Amir, Isaac, and the entire Pinnacle team were a pleasure to work with. We recently hired them for a full remodel of a one-bedroom rental unit, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. Communication was great throughout the project, and they made the entire process feel easy and organized. Everything stayed on schedule and actually finished faster than expected, which we really appreciated. When unexpected issues came up, they identified the problems quickly and suggested practical solutions that kept the project moving without unnecessary delays. The quality of work was top-notch, and the unit came out clean, modern, and exactly what we were hoping for. Overall, the team was reliable, professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Mikey and his team were found on Houzz and such a great decision. He immediately messaged me, and came over for a bid. He consulted his team, and offered a good warranty program. The communication and follow up was by far superior compared to any other general contractor I've ever worked with, who often can kind of ghost or disappear for a bit unless you chase after them. We did two skylights, one in the bathroom and one in the living room, and the work turned out beautiful. When I met his sub, I felt super at ease at the expertise they were all bringing to the job; and so of course - everything went through without a hitch. Highly recommedn PDB!

Our backyard was basically a patch of weeds and broken concrete before Chen and his team at Pinnacle got involved. We had this vague idea of wanting a pool, maybe a spa, and something nicer for the kids to run around in. Chen helped us design something way beyond what we imagined — from the in-ground pool and spa to the new pavers, patio cover, and landscaping. He even took care of all the city paperwork, permits, and inspections, which saved us so many headaches. The backyard is now our favorite part of the house — we’re out there every day!

I can't say enough good things about Pinnacle Design and Build! We wanted to completely reconfigure our cramped living room and kitchen into an open space concept, but I honestly didn’t think we could afford such a big project. Chen, our project manager, not only helped us design the perfect layout but also guided us through a financing plan that made everything possible. The team opened up walls, rerouted utilities, and made the whole house feel brand new. Chen was always patient with my million questions and kept the crew on track. After interviewing four different companies, I’m so glad we went with Pinnacle Design and Build for our bathroom remodel. Mikey was the main reason we felt confident from the beginning. He didn’t oversell anything, answered every question thoroughly, and genuinely cared about getting the details right. The whole process felt seamless. We were living in the house during the remodel, and the team did a great job sectioning off the area to minimize dust and disruption. Communication was great — I always knew what was happening each week, and Mikey would check in regularly to make sure we were happy. The bathroom itself turned out better than we imagined — sleek porcelain tile, a walk-in shower with beautiful matte black fixtures, custom vanity… everything looks high-end and feels super functional. They even fixed an issue with the plumbing that we didn’t know about, without turning it into a big deal.

Pinnacle Design and Build just finished remodeling our guest bathroom, and I'm genuinely blown away. I’ve worked with a few contractors in the past, but Mikey and his team were different—in the best way. Mikey’s approach was hands-on but never overbearing. He explained the process clearly, helped us stick to our budget without sacrificing design, and was super patient with all our indecisiveness. The crew showed up when they said they would, kept the space clean, and actually finished ahead of schedule (which is basically unheard of). The vanity, lighting, and custom-built shelving all came together beautifully. This was one of the most stress-free remodels we’ve ever done. Definitely keeping their number for future projects!

If you're debating between contractors, just go with Pinnacle. Seriously. We met with a few companies before deciding, but Mikey was the reason we went with them—his vibe was just right. We did our garage conversions/ADU with Pinnacle this year, and we’ve worked with Mikey before. So it was no surprise the Adu came out great. We were afraid we didn’t have enough space but Mikey brought great ideas to the table and then his architect brought it all alive for us to see and approve. They also helped us get all the funding for the project- we didn’t pay a dime until they handed over the keys to our new rental unit. Thanks to pinnacle we now have rental income and the project is paying for itself while raising our property value and making us a profit every month. They handled everything, very smooth. I can’t say enough good things about Pinnacle Design and Build. Mikey and his crew did a phenomenal job on our kitchen remodel. We were originally worried about staying within budget, but Mikey worked with us every step of the way to ensure we got quality materials without breaking the bank. They were quick, efficient, and the entire project was done on time, just like Mikey promised. The cabinets, countertops, and tile work are all top-notch. Mike from Pinnacle Design & Build did an amazing job remodeling me and my parents’ bathroom into a modern style. From the beginning he was very attentive, and sensitive which made them and myself feel comfortable. He was transparent, actually listened to what we wanted, and even created a mood board to help visualize the design before starting. He also guided us in selecting the perfect materials. Highly recommend
