Armando Pizarro and his crew did an amazing job remodeling my shower space. The job was done in a timely manner. Every day the workers arrived on time, cleaned up the workspace area after completing the work for the day. No delays at all. I would highly recommend Armando to anyone looking for great quality work.

Armando is prompt, efficient and has a great group of tradesmen he works with! He is honest and very knowledgeable on some of the decisions that need to be made ! He is very trustworthy and likable to have in your home ! The master bedroom bath took less than a month and that is amazing!

This is the second renovation that I have used Armando for, and both experiences have been amazing. The first renovation was for my kitchen and the second for the master bath. Armando has an eye for what will work and what does not based on his years of experience. He was a trusted advisor to us. He was very thoughtful to ensure we were thinking through all our decisions. He pointed out and explained the ramifications of the different options without worrying about his own personal financial gain. Armando and his team hit a home run in the remodel of our master bathroom - we are over the moon! The finished product exceeded our expectations! Beautiful work - true craftsmanship, great communication throughout the whole project, professional team, gave expert advice while we worked with our designer, and followed through on the whole project even through multiple frustrating delays due to back orders and missing parts from the vendor. Over the past 18 months we have done several projects with Armando and Pizarro Construction. Our first project was replacing an older front door with a modern glass front door. Next, we replaced our wooden staircase with iron. Last and most recently we did a kitchen remodel. Armando and his team are outstanding...which is very hard to come by these days. They are timely, extremely professional, do exactly what they say they are going to do, and very accommodating when extra little things come up. When an unexpected break in our stone top happened, somehow the project was still done beautifully and on time with a new replacement slab. Had I not been home, I probably never would have known. I highly recommend Armando and his team for any project now that I can say that we have done several. His painters, handyman, and tile installers were all 10/10. I will not go anywhere else.

I could not be happier with the results of my master bath full remodel. From complete work out of plans and quotes to meeting and working with professional suppliers. The permit pulled bath remodel took 2 weeks, Every day 8am work started. The tear out was clean and neat. The buildout was exceptional. All permits passed the first time. The plumbing, tile work, electrical and painting were all done by the best tradesman you could ask for. Pizarro Construction recently handled the remodel of our entire home. I am an area realtor and come in contact with many contractors on a regular basis. There was no question when the time came to redo my own home that I would use Armando and his team. We actually moved out while they remodeled our entire home. This consisted of adding hardwood floors and refinishing the remainder, replacing all baseboards, stair balusters, replacement of front door and all door hardware throughout. We did gut remodels on 4 baths, painted every surface, replaced light fixtures. We also replaced basement floor. From the beginning of the process we were very impressed. The quote was detailed and the price was what we actually paid...no unexpected costs. The work was done extremely well. We moved back in about 6 months ago and have not had to call Armando back for a single punch list item which is very unusual. Armando is professional and provided suggestions throughout the process that resulted in a better end product. Since we were not living in the home, it was very important that they treated it like their own home, always making sure it was locked up, lights off and they kept the work area cleaned up at the end of each day. The end product was quality and even better than we had visualized.

Armando and Brian were very professional and exceeded our expectations. After reaching out for a quote on our project we received one fairly soon and were already booked to have work done within weeks. We had a master bedroom sitting room turned into a separate bedroom and it looks as if it was built with the house. Pizarro came in and fixed our basement that our previous contractor botched. They did a fantastic job, they were respectful, gave us honest answers on how to fix our basement. I am so excited for other projects Pizarro will do for us. Can't recommend them enough!

Armando Pizarro and his crew are fabulous! The estimate was detailed and easy to understand. The total bill was inline with the estimate. More importantly, Pizarro is precise, accurate, prompt and neat. Armando took my kitchen counter top and sink off, fixed the problem and put it back on without scratching the paint on the wall! All that was performed at my 61 year old home, that has had some "DIY" upgrades from former owners (meaning that I find quirky things anytime I do a project) was Great! I recently had Armando and his team complete a renovation of my bathroom, powder room and foyer tile. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team is very hard working. Brian showed up on time every day. They clean up at the end of each day. The attention to detail is rare in this industry and much appreciated.

Armando and his team did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen! We kicked off the project with them the same week the world shut down for COVID in March 2020. While our project was hit with some supply chain delays with the cabinets from Home Depot, Armando was very accomodating, communicated transparently, and did what it took to get the job done. The end result was beyond our expectations and we could not be happier with our new kitchen :)

We knew we needed to remodel our four bathrooms, but just the thought of it was so overwhelming. My Pizarro journey began 5 years ago, when I was abandoned by another contractor. I got Armando Pizarro's name from Studio 41. Armando and his wonderful crew remodeled my bathroom, fixed major leak damage, and even fixed what the other company failed to do properly. Fast forward to Summer 2020. Armando put my kitchen designs in the hands of the wonderful Lauren at Studio 41. They both, along with my husband, had saintly patience with me. In only 3.5 weeks, we have a gorgeous new kitchen, powder room, and beautiful flooring throughout the entire first floor. Armando and his Carpenter, Brian, make sure everything is done right the first time, and is more than accommodating to any changes necessary. We had complete trust in Pizarro's ability to deliver. This is my fourth home improvement project done by Pizarro Construction over the years. Master Bath, Hall Bath, removing a weight bearing wall between two bedrooms to make into one and redoing all my woodwork and doors in the house. I will continue to come back to Armando and his company for work in the future. He and his crew do a great job! On-time, neat, honest and trustworthy and friendly. Pizarro Construction is my new "GO TO" for all things construction. I'm a very particular client with a high bar for detail. Pizzaro Construction worked great with me and 100% did what we agreed to. I'm very pleased with the end product AND the process along the way. We did a complete remodel of our guest bathroom adding a jet and bubble massage tub, floating vanity and "mood" lighting. Plus we redid two guest bedrooms at the same time. Armando was FANTASTIC at problem solving as all construction projects have something that comes up and needs adapting and he was always sure to include me in the process and to hear my ideas/concerns. Plus, I added several items along the way and Pizarro Construction was very fair and reasonable with the add-ons. In addition, they are just simply great guys. Armando and his crew completed a kitchen and powder room remodel in our home this past spring and we could not be happier with their work. The job included laying new hardwood flooring in the entry as well as the kitchen and bath, cabinetry, lighting, countertops and tiled backsplash. Armando saw that Brian, who was at our home daily, electricians, plumber and all other needed subcontractors were at our home when needed to keep our job on schedule and the worksite safe when they left in the evening as we have 2 dogs. He also helped us to keep on budget with no surprises come final payment. We found Armando to be professional as well as anyone he contracted to be at our home. Pizarro Construction arranged for my hard wood floors on the entire first floor to be refinished. My wood floors now look absolutely beautiful. There were many areas that were damaged with deep stains and stratches. They were transformed. They are terrific. Armando made sure everything went smoothly. Pizarro Construction did a complete remodel of my master bath. I would rate and recommend them highly for a number of reasons. First, they were trustworthy. All commitments made were kept as promised. The work schedule was well planned and executed. Communication between me and Armando (owner) was always thorough and timely and, most importantly, Armando always worked to ensure I was satisfied, no surprises. We had interviewed several contractors to help us convert a traditional home to an open concept. We had architectural plans for the project. Pizarro Construction came in after a referral from a friend and we were impressed he understood our desires and was willing to find solutions for things like heating vents. He started the day he said and completed the project exactly on the date he said. He was here everyday and his subcontractors were top top of the line. When there were any issues, which of course happen when you remodel a 40 year old home, he addressed the immediately and still made his completion date. We have already recommended him to friends which we would not do unless we had total trust in him.

I hired Pizarro Construction and Home Remodeling to remodel my entire kitchen including floor, kitchen cabinets, counter tops and sink. They were referred to me by Studio41. They have been in the business for over 30 yrs. Armando Pizarro the owner and his partner Brian did all the work in my kitchen. They didn’t send “other people” to do the job. They were there everyday on time and finished before schedule. They did an amazing and beautiful job!! Very professional and clean! I have no issues. My kitchen looks like it belongs in a magazine!! Everybody is complementing it. These men are true craftsman at what they do and you don’t find them like that anymore. I would hire them over again. I have referred them to my family and friends. I love them!!

We had decided to remodel our master and guest baths, both of which were original from 1980. We started with an estimate from a high-end remodeling business which quoted us 16 to 20 thousand and seven weeks work for just the guest bath. We then had estimates from a one man contractor and a large outfitter which sent out a salesman to do the estimate. We did not feel comfortable with any of the estimates. We were fortunate enough to get a reference for Pizarro construction. When Armando came to give us an estimate, it was clear difference from the other estimates. For example, we had hope to expand the master shower from a 48 inch base to a 60 inch base by knocking out a wall. the other contractors all said no problem since there was probably dead space in back of the shower wall and proceeded to write up the estimates for a 60 inch base. When I asked Armando about this, he took out a tape and after a few measurements determined that a closet was in back of the wall and it would be very costly to do this. Armando's estimate came in the lowest of the bunch and he felt that he could do both baths in two weeks, which he did. The quality of work was great. Everything little detail was done professionally and he made sure that we were satisfied and, if not, our concerns were handled immediately. Armando has a small crew with Brian and Juan. I cannot say enough good about both. We felt totally comfortable leaving the house open for them to work. Quality, cost and comfort, these are the attributes that Pizarro bring. I obviously cannot recommend them high enough and will certainly use them again. I have included a before and after shot of the guest bath.

I used Pizarro Construction & Remodeling for several projects; kitchen remodel, master bathroom remodel, second bathroom shower renovation and various other smaller projects and they are AMAZING!!!! He and his team have been working in my home over the last 12 months. If I could give 10 stars I would!! Armando is honest, trustworthy, responsive, helpful and his prices are very reasonable. Armando’s team is also great. He is also helpful with options for renovating and works with different vendors that can be used if desired, but he isn’t pushy. Our kitchen reno was a gut job and included cabinet install, extensive drywall work, sink installation and backsplash installation. The master bathroom was a total gut job and included extensive tile work, bathtub install, plumbing work and vanity install. The floor tile was very intricate and they did a phenomenal job which included working over the weekends to get the job done on time. The job in our second bathroom was to convert the tub/shower into a walk-in shower, they extended the shower footprint and adjusted the plumbing where necessary, additionally the did all the shower tile and installed the shower doors. We have also used Pizarro for interior door installation and various drywall repairs. I will call Pizarro for any and all future jobs!! I can’t say enough good things about Armando and his team!

Pizarro Construction has been doing work or my family for over 15 years. There work in phenomenal, they are very meticulous, and extremely professional. I had all my tile in the bathrooms, and laundry room torn out and redone, shower tile towel out and redone, and they removed a jacuzzi tub and put in a free standing tub. There is no one I would ever hire for any kind of remodeling job. They are the best!

He installed cabinets (incl. hardware), patched flooring where needed, enlarged window, removed soffit, installed new patio door, installed appliances, installed tile backsplash and re-routed electric as required. Love the kitchen and couldnt ask for a better contractor.

The deck was completed in a professional manner and with expert craftsmanship. The job was not an easy one as we were having other work completed at the same time (residing: patio: and fence) and Pizarro had to adjust there time lime to fit that of the other workman. Everything was done to our satisfaction including after completion we commented on one board that the finish appeared a bit off to the rest of the deck (nothing actually wrong with the board) the next day someone came and replaced the board. We had talked with others about doing the work and will say you get what you pay for and we certainly received our money's worth.

I can't say enough good things about Armando and his company and his subcontractors and workers! He is honest, trustworthy, fair, and on time, and very concerned that the finished product meets your expectations! (his mother raised him well (smile)) I have had them redo all my woodwork and doors in the house and remove a wall to expand 2 rooms into one! I recently had him redo my guest bathroom from ground zero... and I intend to have him redo my master bath in the near future! I trust this company implicitly to do a great job for me every time! He's right on all the details, you don't have to follow up with anything as he has got it covered!

We hired Pizarro to repair drywall (chunks of paint ripped off when we removed wall paper and several cracked areas) and to upgrade our electric panel, separate circuits, and install a manual generator switch. Armando (the owner) was amazing to work with and we'd definitely hire the company again!
