My experience with Artie and his team has been a blessing…my kitchen cabinets were coming away from the wall …I panicked and was in fear they would fall…not knowing where to turn .I reached out to Platinum Renovations… Artie responded quickly to my desperate situation….. He calmly assured me that cabinets and microwave had to be taken down and cabinets repaired and put back ….This was just a small job compared to the beautiful work I’ve seen on his website…Artie came to my rescue repaired and returned cabinets & Microwave …His team did amazing work I now have my kitchen back…As a Senior and a widow on a limited income I found him to be extremely compassionate …totally unexpected he not only came to my rescue but he did not charge me a fee…..I will never forget his kindness…Platinum Renovations are truly honest and can be trusted to do great work….thank you Artie & Carlos…

Definitely recommend them. I had issues with my flooring and they gave me a great estimate very quick and got to work. The process was easy and it came out great. I couldn’t be happier.

We needed to get our deck done, called a number of different places and Platinum Renovation Services was the best price. We worked with Artie who was very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure our deck was exactly how we wanted it and it came out beautiful! I'll be using them for all my future house projects and will definitely be referring them to friends/family!

Besides being a top-notch company Platinum Renovation Services always lives up to the expectations of the clients. We were introduced to this company by a neighbour of ours and candidly speaking we had our reservations about it. But all our fears proved wrong when we saw the completed project. Our joy knew no bounds when we got our job done better than we could imagine. I ascribe two reasons for the company to being at the top. One, it has got the best of staff on the roll who are technically most professional in approach, knowledgeable craftsmen and understand how to achieve the best out of the present situation. Two, they follow the latest techniques and make use of the best material to get the best results. During the past years, we have had many sessions of renovation at home but we fairly admit that we never came across so courteous and punctual staff so careful not to leave any rubbish behind after work. Our only wish was why we hadn’t come in contact with Platinum Renovation Services before!

This is the third major job that I have used the Platinum Home Renovations. From the moment you sit down to discuss your requirements to the end of the project, it is a professional and friendly encounter. We have all heard of many horror stories when dealing with contractors; Troost is the opposite. They are a pleasure to deal with and the finished product is PERFECT. The projects have included the following: 1) New Roof 2) Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom completely are redone 3) A beautiful new deck installed. I HIGHLY recommend Platinum Home Renovations.

Honestly speaking, Platinum Renovation Services has become my only favourite ‘visit contractor’. I have hired their services so many times and every time I feel perfect satisfaction. I got my fabulous deck designed and built-in bar by Platinum Renovation Services, as also I had a complete basement renovation including custom closets, a new fireplace and a new bathroom, all magnificently done. The famous Platinum Renovation Services undertakes smaller projects too like custom moulding and finish them with equal interest and concern. Each and every staff member of Platinum Renovation Services is professional and embodiment of politeness. When the team was on job I made some silly quarries but the men at work never lost their cool and responded to my questions in the most satisfactory manner. Their attention to the minute details is superb. Platinum Renovation Services people always keep an eye on what’s going on with the latest designs and give a finish exactly like that. Call them if you have a job to do - you will never be disappointed!

They did a sub par job on my kitchen. They painted like blind kids with adhd. And cut corners at every turn the grout is falling out of our tile They didn’t even complete the finish work. My house almost burned down due to them not placing the outlets correctly. I would rather do it myself and I’m fairly useless. Do not recommend

I am immensely pleased to say that you can’t get a service anywhere else better than at Platinum Renovation Services. There are umpteen reasons for it. It is extremely well organized and it is miles ahead in providing the service precisely according to your choice. Having sought the services of Platinum Renovation Services you always feel as if someone among your own is around at your service. The team Platinum Renovation Services works as if they are doing some project of their own. Besides, making payments will never be felt like a burden on you, but easy. The difference is clearly visible between the job done by Platinum Renovation Services and any other establishment has done on the bathroom improvement just by a look and Platinum Renovation Services stands very high.

Company is the very best out there. We did a renovation which included a full deck, a path which leads to an outdoor little fenced pet area a little gate which leads to my gazebo, and a complete full fenced yard with larger gate. Also did a patio door with inner shades and windows. Best material out there. Artie and his crew were the epitome of patience. Kindest and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Very good price as well. I'll recommend to friends and family. What a good job! I stare in awe at my garden now.

Platinum renovation services renovated my kitchen and did an amazing job! From sitting down and discussing and designing the layout, the staff was patient, informative and creative during the process. When the work started until it was finished the staff completed the job in a clean and timely manner. The quality of work and the staff were excellent. I couldn't be happier with my kitchen and with platinum renovation services for making it happen! I would highly recommend this company and use them in the future for other work on my home.

I reached out to Platinum Renovation services and spoke with the owner Artie directly. I voiced my issues about my bathroom and how I had a budget. I didn't have the time or the desire to sit down for a physical estimate, so instead I took pictures of my bathroom and sent them to the company for a ballpark estimate instead. I wanted to expedite the process as much as possible. Thankfully Artie got back to me urgently and gave me a ballpark price I could work with. They remodeled my entire bathroom and kept me informed along the way. Strong communication and efficient time management for the project. One of the best experiences with a contractor I've ever had. I would recommend Platinum Construction with confidence.
