Platinum Touch did a terrific job repairing and renovating our existing Great Room (Kitchen/Family Room) and Garage. We anticipated finding water damage in our walls and ceilings due to roof issues and therefore required a contractor who could quickly assess and advise. Vince did a great job alerting us to those issues and providing timely comprehensive solutions and options. The final product exceeded our expectations and has made our home so much more enjoyable to live in. I would recommend Vince to anyone and would not hesitate using him for future work.

Vince and his guys did a phenomenal job remodeling our house in Lakeforest. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The work was a complete remodel of the kitchen, laundry room, mud room, all floors, master bath and bedroom, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, along with repainting the entire house. PTI moved quick and helped minimize cost when they could. I found the price was fair and the quality was excellent. I was happy enough that I hired PTI to assist with another property after. Platinum Touch Industries did our bathroom this past month. The company was professional finished the job in the promised time and the workmanship was excellent.

phenomenal work from start to finish. i started the kitchen on fire and we couldn't be any happier with the end product. hands free from the insurance company was also a great part of it. never had to deal with them. So happy with how everything turned out. If I can figure out how to post before and after pictures I will. def would use again for when the bathroom needs an overhaul.

We used PTI for an extensive water damage restoration. They handled the remediation as well as the reconstruction project in which quite a few changes to the house were made. The team from PTI did an outstanding job. Communication was always transparent and they handled all of our requests throughout the project. They made an unfortunate situation go as smoothly as possible and left us with a much nicer and safer house than we had before they got there.

I had such a great experience! Contactors were at my house when they said they would be there. They were completely dependable!. The team took care of my belongings. I had to move everything out of my main level and this was a big job! They were clean as they removed and installed all new Wood flooring through my home. The flooring company that was recommended to me was also great and affordable! After the flooring was installed on time, they did an excellent job of putting my house back together, appliances and all. Vince, Bobby, And Adam were wonderful at all times! My house looks amazing! I’m so grateful for the no stress experience they were able to create! I highly recommend them and already have to my friends! No stress express is their new name!!

Vince and the entire team from Platinum Touch Industries LLC were fantastic! Vince was extremely easy to work with and very accessible. Vince was really good at communicating. Vince was able to work with our designer and turn an unfinished office condo into a beautiful and functional work space within a short period of time. The project was finished on time and on budget. Vince, Bob, Adam, and the whole crew did an awesome job! I am so pleased we found them. We were able to create such a perfect space in really creative ways because of the ideas they brought to the table and their dedication to making sure we got exactly what we wanted. We created a guest suite from a long, awkward room and now have a perfect bathroom and bedroom. Since we were expecting a new baby/had a newborn while the project was going on, we really appreciated that Bob and Vince took care of all the details so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Vince was great about communicating and keeping things on budget. He took care of all the permitting and inspections with the village so that I didn’t have to worry about any details. They were also super flexible with us when we had suggestions for design elements, and had fantastic ideas to make the space better. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Remediation from a water failure from a main floor toilet that travelled under the wood floors through to the basement . Construction put back including all flooring, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and painting.

Platinum Touch did an excellent job removing and installing our 3 exit doors on our community center in Norridge Park District. When there were a few minor issues the were very responsive and fixed everything. Vince and Bob were here every step of the way making sure we were satisfied with how the project was progressing. I will not hesitate to call them when I have another construction project.

After a pipe broke and flooded our first floor, we found Vince and Platinum Touch via Google search. We weren't sure what to expect, but were extremely surprised and grateful we found him. He was at our house with a crew in less than an hour. He had a plumber out to fix the broken pipe that night and over the next few days had the area demoed and dried out. He then reconstructed our entire first floor. He was on top of everything and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work and his customer service. Our first floor is as good as new and now even has heated floors! Vince is the best and I highly recommend him and his team!

I hired Platinum Touch Industries LLC to perform rehab work on one of my investment properties, installing kitchen cabinets and appliances, fixtures, Bathroom Tiles and Vanities, and Paint Work. Platinum Touch came into my home after a small deck fire. Their restoration process was swift, clean and pain free for us! The reconstruction of our home took 6 months, from a new roof, new kitchen (mostly new) and they refurbished our damages from top to bottom. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. They were ALWAYS accessible, which is very hard to find in a construction company.
