Hired PLI Builders to repair my 100 year old aunt’s garage. The home, built in the early 1940’s included a granite stone facade around the garage. After years of neglect the stone facade began to pull away which became a safety hazard and an eyesore. I live in California and my aunt lives on LI. I needed a contractor that was dependable and reasonable. PLI did an outstanding job. They pulled the facade down an replaced the stone with some beautiful wood work. The replaced damage framework, painted, added a much need new garage door and opener. They got all that done in under 2 weeks and on budget. I highly recommend them and plan to use the again in the future!

Brian, Marvin, and crew turned a disastrous window mishap into a manageable and ultimately positive experience. After we dealt with mismeasuring and misordering by another window company, PLI expertly installed almost every window in my house, removed and replaced my siding and trim, and installed new entry doors. Brian and his office crew are extremely responsive and professional. The installers and carpenters are highly skilled and meticulous. I highly recommend PLI Builders for any home improvements you are considering.

I am located in Plainview, and my house project took a quick turn once the siding was removed and some water damage was discovered. Brian and his team were able to redo all of the wood that was damaged and insulate the entire house. Each day there were between 10-14 workers at our house. Usually, these jobs start quickly and then drag on. We were completed in less than a month, even with all the additional work. I recommend PLI Builders to anyone who needs house construction inside or out.
