Extensive renovation over 150000 usd . Extensive delays in part because of water intrusion issue that caused a delay. However remodeler decided on his own accord to remove trim on all windows . Builder told us that the City of Charleston inspector said that all work had to stop until repairs were made to water damage area. 3 months later we found our this was never the case.. The inspector never said to stop work. This 90 day project started in November of 2018 and they are scheduled completion June 01, 2019 that’s ridiculous.
