I highly recommend Juan and his team! I was very nervous about hiring a contractor, Juan made the entire process very easy. He is professional, trustworthy, honest and has great attention to detail. He exceeded my expectations, the transformation is absolutely stunning. His team enclosed our patio (built roof, walls, skylight, raised the floor..), did all electrical and plumbing, shiplap, flooring, skim coat ceiling... We are extremely pleased with the quality of work. (Before and after photos below)
