Very professional team headed by someone (Scott Faylor) who knows how to build with craftsmanship and class. We love our home and the compliments we have received from friends and neighbors have continued unabated. Follow-up has also been excellent and every question or concern was handled immediately. We couldn't be more pleased. If you're looking for a quality contractor who really has his finger on the pulse of the homebuilding business in both style and quality, Premier Builders is a great choice!

This is the second time Premier has built a home for me. This home was built in a difficult time when prices escalated, supplies and labor were difficult to get. Premier was able to finish my home at the agreed price. During these difficult times, while others are still struggling to get their homes completed, mine was completed near the projected completion date. The workmanship is excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Premier and would use them again in the future if the opportunity arose.

Scott and his son have created a poor reputation for themselves in our community. Their lack of follow up is very disappointing. Over the past year we’ve been trying to get basic warranty issues fixed with little to no response. I’ve been trying to get our missing window screens for over a year, no response. It took 6 months to have 2’ of water damaged baseboard replaced and repainted. Now I’m trying to get our brick wall that is falling down repaired, but yet again Si will not respond to any messages. I would not recommend using this builder as they will most likely be unresponsive after you close on you’re home.

Scott Faylor and Premier Development were outstanding from start to finish. Once we picked a floorplan, we essentially left the vast majority of the decisionmaking to Scott and his team. Scott has an eye for detail. Premier Development really exceeded our expectations. Many have commented on how beautiful the house turned out and the quality of construction. I felt the price was reasonable and even more importantly, Scott kept his word staying within budget. We would build with Premier Development again without hesitation. Build with confidence!!

Premier Development recently built out beautiful home in Washington, Utah. We were so impressed with Scott Faylor and his son Si. Being from out of state, Scott even took us around to look at potential building lots when we were in town one Saturday. The quality of construction is excellent and any questions or concerns we had were handled promptly. Many things which are standard with his homes are extra with many other builders. We have had several couples come through our home and were so impressed that they then had Premier build their home. Our expectations were not only met but were exceeded. Best of all, even after the completion of our home, we still consider Scott and Si as friends, not only as our construction company! We highly recommend them to anyone considering building a home.

The team was easy and flexible to work with in trying to accommodate our specialized needs and individual requests. Our questions and concerns were addressed quickly. We are excited about our new house and are so grateful for their help and expertise. This is an easy recommendation to make and is enthusiasticly made.

I loved working with Scott and Si. I've built a couple of homes prior to this and loved the fact that they were so willing to put up with someone making as many changes as I did during the building process. The work is professional in all ways. Their standard closets are very nice. Price was very competive. Alll of their subs where the same way. I even was able to purchase some high end sinks from the internet for less than they could get them and they just worked them in with no problem. We love the home and would build another one through Prelier, no problem.

Scott with Premier was phenomenal to work with and we love our home. It was reassuring to go with a builder that has had many years of experience - that made us feel very confident that our home was built with great quality. Any time we've had any questions or concerns, we have been able to run it by scott and he would make sure that everything was exactly how we wanted it or help is in any way he could. Im very pleased with the professional way this company built my new home. From the start it was evident that they had knowledge of the project. I was shown great examples of previous homes completed and this gave me an idea of what I could expect. This being my 4th home built in the St George area, was by far the best in every aspect as far as work quality, ability to stay within my budget, and complete the project in a timely manor as promised. I was on site every 2-4 days and never once had a doubt this was the best developer I could have chosen. Proud of my new home and big thanks to all that had a hand in it!

We were under a very tight timeline, and had concerns about whether our home would be finished as needed and as projected. We were delighted however and pleasantly surprised when our home was completed under the time frame Scott targeted for us. And tho done as projected, QUALITY was never sacrificed. Nice to have commitments delivered as promised, without compromising the quality of the work! The communication from Premier was second to none. Scott kept us informed and took time to listen to our questions and ideas, and made time for us whenever we needed to speak to him. He stayed on top of the construction being done, and any issues/concerns we may have had he had corrected accordingly. Premier's craftsmanship is outstanding. They were also great communicating with us - answering any questions that we might have about our home or even the area given we are new to it. Most importantly, they respond immediately to unforeseen needs that arise as is often the case with new home construction after closing on and living in the home. This is a clear leader in new home construction in the great Saint George area!

We recently purchased a home that was mid-build from Premier Development. The timing of our purchase allowed us to change/pick several of the finishes and colors for our home and Premier was very accommodating toward our preferences. The construction of our home moved quickly and it was nice to see progress every time we came to look which was frequent. If you are considering building a new home in Southern Utah, I would strongly suggest to build with Scott Faylor/ Premier development. He completed the home in the time he said he would and was good to answer any email questions or phone calls I had during the process as I live 300 miles away. His standard home has tons of upgrades compared to other builders. Scott and Si''s attention to detail is awesome. I would definitely used Premier Development again. March 2016 my real estate agent showed me a Premier Development spec home in Hurricane UT. Scott, the builder, was on site and showed us around. Right of the bat you can tell he's very sincere and it showed in the quality of the house. A few days later I showed up unannounced by myself to look over the house again. Thankfully, I ran into Scott and he once again gave me a personal tour of the house, answering all the question I had. Not only did the quality of the house impressed me again, but also Scott's patience and no pressure approach. Liking a house and lot is one thing, but been confident of a builder is a bonus. Now, it's a year after moving into this house and I can say I love it and it has zero defects!

Premier Development built a house for us that we closed on Jan 2016 - I was impressed with the quality of the base product and the quality of the work. I would definitely ask them to build another house for us in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Scott Faylor and Premier Development. In November 2014 I hired Scott to finish my 1,250 sq ft basement. We planned to have a family Christmas party, so we were under the gun to get the work done. Scott and his crews got the job done between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and we were enjoying our new basement on December 23rd! He came in on time and under budget. My wife and I have sold that home, and we are now working with Scott to build a beautiful new home. We didn't interview any other contractor. Scott is our builder for life.
